Milo is a young guy, born on 03/22/25. He is a beautiful Golden Retriever with a lovely deep red coat. He was living with his owner since a young puppy, but they felt they were not home enough to give Milo the kind of home he deserved. He is housetrained (with prompting) and has been around kids age 3 and older. He has been an only dog, but he seems to have a nice personality so may do well in a home with other dogs. He has not lived with a cat. We have a neuter appointment for him on 2/4 and he can go home the following day. He is vaccinated and microchipped as well. $350.00 adoption. Meet Charlie!! Charlie is a sweet, loving girl with a great temperament. She loves kids, gets along well with other dogs and cats, and enjoys playing and running outside. She is fully house-trained and comfortable in her crate, where she likes to relax. This decision comes from a place of deep love and care. I love her with all my heart, and it breaks me to say goodbye, but due to financial constraints, I can no longer provide her with the level of care she deserves. My greatest hope is to find her a stable, loving home where she can continue to thrive and be cherished as she deserves. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will bring joy and love into your life, Charlie is truly special!

4-5 month old male golden doodle/husky mix Nemo has healed from his amputations and is now ready for his new home! This adorable pup came to us with not 3…not 4… but 5 legs! Unfortunately due to two of them not being formed or usuable, we were told by 2 seperate vets that those extra flippers needed to go! Nemo’s DNA is made up of 50% siberian husky, 25.1% golden retriever, and 24.9% standard poodle! His husky genes come through strong as this guy LOVES to talk. A note from his foster - Nemo has been through a lot in his little life, dumped as a baby then he came to us. Born with a congenital deformity with two extra arms but he never let it bother him. After his major surgery he has healed and acts like nothing has ever happened. He is a three legged dog that acts like he has four. This does not slow him down at all!! He is the sweetest most playful boy! He loves toys, kongs, treats, belly rubs and giving kisses. When he gets tired he just wants a soft spot to sleep. He is puppy pad/newspaper trained. This sweet silly boy needs a home that can keep up with him and all he begs for is your attention. He is curious about cats and likes other dogs. He will be a great addition to your home. He will need a home with no pool (unless it’s completely fenced off) and no stairs. Fully vaccinated, Dewormed, Chipped, Neutered ****PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO CHECK STATUS OF A DOG...PHONE CALLS ARE FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY. EMAIL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS ON ADOPTION AS WE DO NOT GET BACK TO PHONE CALLS ABOUT ADOPTION. Shots up to date (DHPP), wormed, micro chipped, altered (spayed/neutered).   Adoption cost for this dog is $300...now only $200  We are a rescue, and although we have a facility in Modesto most of our dogs/pups are currently being fostered  in or around our area. So please be willing to make the trip to see them if you are from out of the area. Our adoption process REQUIRES that an application must first be submitted and approved prior to meeting any of our pets. Just note that we may get several responses on one pet at a time so just because you have an approved application does not mean said pet is on hold for you. One must FIRST confirm an appointment to meet the pet after an approved application has been sent. To inquire about this specific pet, please write to info@pupznpalz.org for an application. Please remember to put the pets name in the subject line when emailing, and on the top on the application. It helps us to help you that must faster. We rescued her off the highway. She was extremely malnourished and we fostered her to nurse her back to a healthy weight. We have gone back and forth on rehoming her or keeping her but have a new living situation where we do not have a fence. She is a sweet dog, about 5 years old, no bite history, house trained and good with other dogs and has lived with other cats(can get grumpy and reactive with other cats) She loves pets and cuddles and dos great with grooming, ear cleaning, nail trimming baths etc. She needs to have a fenced in yard due to her instinct to chase squirrels.
