Meet a sweet boy full of energy and ready to please you. Scooter first few months of his life was nothing any dog should go through. He was hungry, cold and scared of big dogs chasing him for food he found. But all of that was over when he was rescued and now all he is looking for is his fur ever home. Scooter does need some training walking on a leash. He is a sweet happy dog. If you are looking for a sweet dog to be a part of your family and to build memories together. I got p-boy a few months before graduating high school in 2020 he was about 3 months. He needed a home as soon as possible because the people that had him couldn’t take care of the whole litter. He’s such a good smart boy. He just needs a lot of space for him to roam free and I can’t give that to him. I moved to an apartment a couple of months ago and he’s been staying at my mom’s house but the commute and taking care of him has become complicated for us. I really hope whoever chooses him to take home gives him a lot of love and attention. He’s trained to do his business outside. He’s super chill and is a good cuddler. I always describe him as being a big baby.

Tilly is a smart and loving sweetie pie who is affectionate, friendly, and playful! She loves to snuggle and is good with other dogs, making her the perfect addition to your family or as a solo companion. Unfortunately, Tilly was turned into a high-volume shelter, but she has found her way to SCP to help her find her forever family. Despite the chaos of the shelter, she never let that get her down. She is a sweet, curious dog who is friendly to everyone she meets. She's a great listener and is always up for a good cuddle session. Her ideal home would be an active household that can give her the attention and love she deserves. If you're looking for a furry friend like Tilly, consider adopting her! She is waiting for her happily-ever-after at her foster's home, and your love and care can give her the life she deserves. If you are interested in her, please send an email to SCP! Applications can be found on our website at secondchancepets.org under the "Forms" tab. Please complete and return to us for review! All dogs typically show on Saturdays at the Petco in Clear Lake as well. 2410 Bay Area Blvd near Space Center. Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 (or $245 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.  March 23, 2025, 11:36 am
