You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on November 1st and arrive on November 2nd, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 9/28/24 Dog Name: Hank Sex: Male Estimated Breed Mix: Golden Retriever  Approximate Age: 4 Months Approximate Weight: 20-25 lbs Adoption Fee: $550 Description: Hank was found as a stray, and as sweet as his finders were- unfortunately they were not in the position to keep a puppy! This fluffy guy is sweet and cuddly, he has stolen many hearts already and will steal yours too!We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs by 6 months of age. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months of age, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are 6 months to 1 year or age. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days.  at one of our preferred clinics. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. October 10, 2024, 10:05 pm

Story
It goes without saying that this boy is stunningly beautiful ! But he's just as amazing on the inside as he is on the outside. Tucker is calm, gentle, loves affection, sweet, kind. Amazing it all humans and children. He's perfect with other dogs and would also do fine as an only puppy as long has he has children to play with. He's very easy going and laid back. He's kennel trained and house trained and currently with Michelle in her home as a foster in Memphis , Tn. We have two transport companies that run to the northeast every weekend. Leaving Memphis on Fridays and making stops along the way up as far north as West Greenwich RI. Transport is an additional $185.00. Once an application has been submitted and approved, Michele, his foster mom, would love to speak with you and tell you all about him, send videos, photos, etc. Please refrain from submitting your application until you're ready to welcome your new forever as you will find our volunteer team to be very responsive! https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9
