Story
🧇🐾 Meet Waffle! 🐾🧇 Waffle is an 8-month-old Golden Retriever mix with the sweetest soul and the softest heart. Weighing about 36 pounds, this gentle girl is still a puppy but already has such lovely manners. She’s spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines, so she’s ready to head straight into her forever home. Waffle has traveled all the way from Texas because she wasn’t given a good first chance at life there. Waffle can be a little shy when she first meets new people, but once she feels safe, her gentle and loving personality shines through. She takes treats so politely from your hand and listens well to commands, showing just how eager she is to please. She’s also kennel trained and potty trained, making her an easy addition to the right home. This sweet pup does great with other dogs—both big and small—and walks beautifully on leash with no pulling at all. Waffle would thrive in a calmer, quieter home and would be a wonderful fit for a family with older kids who understand her gentle nature. One of her favorite things? Curling up on a cozy dog bed and relaxing after a good day. If you’re looking for a soft-hearted, well-mannered puppy who will reward your patience with endless love, Waffle might be the perfect match for you 🤍🐶 📍Being fostered in Nekoosa, Wi 🏁My adoption fee is $350 and you can see more about the rescue at https://lastpawrescue.org. Story
WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Creamsicle – The Golden-Hearted Girl Who Never Stopped Believing in Love At around 9 months old and 48 pounds, Creamsicle is a beautiful Golden Retriever–Great Pyrenees mix who somehow ended up with all the Golden personality and only the Pyrenees fluff. Sweet, friendly, eager, affectionate—this girl is sunshine in dog form. If Golden Retrievers had a motivational speaker division, Creamsicle would be the CEO. But her start wasn’t golden at all. Creamsicle spent her whole puppyhood tied to a tether outside a trailer, watching the world from a spot of dirt she never deserved. No toys. No soft beds. No one to run to. No one to run with. And yet… her heart never quit. When she first came to us, she had a little food aggression around other dogs—understandable when you’ve never known if your next meal was guaranteed. But with time, consistency, and the realization that she’s finally safe, Creamsicle has blossomed beautifully. She’s now doing wonderfully with her dog friends and has never shown an ounce of aggression toward people. Humans, in her eyes, are made of magic—especially the ones willing to pet her. And oh, does she love to be loved. She leans in, she wiggles, she smiles with her whole face. She gives love like she’s been storing it up for months—because she has. Creamsicle deserved so much more than what she got in her puppy months, but she refuses to dwell on the past. She’s too busy soaking up cuddles, handing out kisses, and living her best “I’m finally free!” life. Her capacity for forgiveness and joy would put most of us to shame. This girl is resilient, goofy, grateful, and ready. Ready for a family. Ready for a home. Ready to love—and to be loved back. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle, funny, deeply affectionate companion with a heart big enough to light up your whole house… Creamsicle is your girl. Apply today at haydududeequine.org, and get ready to welcome a brave, bouncy, golden-hearted miracle into your arms, heart and home!! 🐾

Story
Harley was recently adopted, and for a brief moment, we thought her next chapter had begun. Very sadly, she had to be returned. Her adopters welcomed her into a home with a flight of stairs leading to the backyard and another flight up to the bedroom where Harley slept at night. Harley gave it her very best effort — her heart was fully in it — but her hips and current weight worked against her. After a couple of days of navigating the stairs, she developed a limp. Her adopters knew that as much as they cared for her, their home layout simply wasn’t the right fit, and they made the difficult and thoughtful decision to bring her back so she wouldn’t risk further discomfort. They shared that Harley was “literally the perfect dog,” echoing everything her foster family had already told us: Harley is an outstanding house guest. She is potty trained, respectful in the home, doesn’t chew or get into things, and settles easily into daily routines. 🐾 More About Harley:8-year-old female Golden RetrieverGood with other dogs and may enjoy a canine companionHas lived with cats in the past, but finds them a bit too interesting and may try to chase themHas not lived regularly with children, but may do well with thoughtful introductionsStrong, solid girl who is learning leash manners (it’s never too late to learn!)Harley is continuing her weight-loss journey and doing well, but she still needs to lose approximately 20–25 pounds to support her comfort and long-term mobility. Even so, don’t let her age fool you — Harley enjoys perimeter checks, a few joyful laps in a fenced yard, and bounding through the snow before heading inside to relax.🦷 Health Update:Harley came to us with significant dental plaque buildup. Through routine use of dental chews, we’re happy to report that Harley’s teeth and plaque buildup have already shown significant improvement.✨ Good News:Thanks to a generous sponsor, Harley’s adoption fee is already covered. What Harley needs now is a home with minimal stairs, a safe place to continue building strength, and people who will support her ongoing progress. She has many good years ahead and is ready for a home that fits her needs as well as her heart.🐶 Apply to adopt Harley:👉 www.hsbcpets.com/adopt If you are interested in learning more or would like to set up a meet-and-greet please fill out an adoption application on our website: www.hsbcpets.com/adopt

Story
Name: Daisy Age:  1 year Breed: golden/ lab Gender: female  Weight: 60 Good with kids:  yes Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: NO Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: new london Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio:  Bounce bounce bounce—Daisy is on the move! Just like Tigger, the wonderful thing about Daisy is her energy, enthusiasm, and big happy heart. This 1-year-old Lab/Golden mix is searching for a home of her very own to bounce into forever. Daisy is super sweet, loves her people, and has energy for days—she’s always ready for the next adventure, walk, or play session. She already knows “sit” and is working on basic manners, leash skills, and confidence with her foster family- fast learner alert! Daisy hasn’t had a very nice beginning to her life, so she can be slow to trust new things, especially situations like going into a kennel. Because of this, it’s important that her future family is patient, gentle, and understanding. When she’s allowed to go at her own pace—with time, reassurance, and a little coaxing using yummy snacks—she does exactly what’s asked and proves what a good girl she truly is. Until she masters leash manners, you’ll definitely get an arm workout! Daisy has some muscle to her and follows her nose with enthusiasm—whether you planned to go that way or not, you’re probably going. With consistency, patience, and continued training, she’ll continue to blossom as her confidence grows. Dog friendly: Yes, so far she’s done great Cats: No kitties please—her interest level is way too bouncy ‍&#226&#153&#128&#239&#184&#143 Energy level: medium-high—an active home would be ideal Personality: Sweet, sensitive, affectionate, energetic, and FUN If you’re looking for a joyful, people-loving pup who believes that life is better when you bounce through it—especially when someone gives you time to feel safe, Daisy just might be your girl. Ready to let this Tigger-approved tail start bouncing in your home? &#226&#156&#168 Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Story
Gentle giants---McKenna (Kenna) is a beautiful 3-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever that is part of a bonded pair. She weighs 99 lbs and is working toward an ideal weight of ~80 lbs. She’s sweet, affectionate, curious, and outgoing. Kenna is great with dogs, cats, birds, and young children. She knows basic commands, does not counter surf, takes treats gently, and alerts when she needs to go outside. She can be strong on leash but is improving. Kenna is very people-oriented, loves to cuddle, and will happily be your shadow. She’s gentle, well-mannered in the home, and only bothered by vacuums and blowing sawdust. Kenna and Rudi are a bonded pair. Kenna is the alpha and they are affectionate, playful, and well-behaved together. They don’t require crating, aren’t excessive barkers, and integrate well with other animals and people. They’d make a wonderful addition to any family and have strong potential as therapy dogs.

Story
Gentle Giants-Rudi is a handsome 5-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever with an old-soul personality who is part of a bonded pair. He weighs 112 lbs and is working toward an ideal weight of around 90 lbs. Calm, gentle, and sweet, Rudi is somewhat reserved but surprisingly affectionate. He seeks out cuddles without being clingy and loves to relax close to his people. He walks beautifully on leash and knows sit, stay, leave it, off, and down—his recall is selective but reliable. Rudi does well with dogs, cats, birds, and young children. He especially loves cats and happily follows them around grooming them. He’s allowed on the couch but not the bed. Rudi is a cuddly “mini polar bear” and a truly special boy.
