He loves water, long walks, hiking, the beach, and being by your side. He can be left alone for several hours and has no separation anxiety.Odi is affectionate with the people he knows and loves. He is eager to please, highly trainable, and enjoys being close to his person. He would thrive with someone who appreciates having a devoted companion.Odi is not suitable for every home. He has a history of territorial behavior with unfamiliar people and resource guarding of high-value items (balls and bones), including previous bite incidents. He has been successfully managed with a muzzle in public and by avoiding known triggers.Odi needs an experienced, dog-savvy owner committed to continuing his management. I’m committed to being completely transparent about his history so the right person can decide if he’s the right fit.

Maui is a beautiful, sweet, and silly 100lb Double Doodle (her wisdom panel shows 45% Labrador Retriever, 32% Golden Retriever, 22% Poodle, and 1% Flat-Coated Retriever). Maui sleeps in her kennel at night and is great around other dogs of all sizes once proper introductions are done. She adores cats in her current foster home. She has decent leash manners and enjoys going on walks. Maui also has already had an incisional gastropexy, so no future risks of GDV, or “bloat”. If you are interested in meeting Maui, please complete the adoption application. We go through a multi-step process for our dogs that includes meeting at the fosters home, a home inspection, and reference checks.
