Story
Hi! I'm Hazel. I was born on 10/24/25 at A Little Blessing 4U.I'm sweet, intelligent, and cute, but too energetic for my human. She wants to keep me, but my behaviors (digging in the yard, getting on the counters, and being very reactive to people and other dogs) are more than she can handle.Strengths: I'm very intelligent and know many commands: sit, down, place ("on your bed"), crate ("in your crate"), heal, and I'm very good at loose leash walking. I sleep in my crate at night and naps (as long as you are near me). Also, I don't mind getting groomed and nails trimmed. And I LOVE water!Challenges: Reactivity. I jump on people and bark at other dogs. I think I have separation anxiety.I need a home where my human will work hard with me regarding training. I also need a lot of mental stimulation along with physical exercise. I think having a little human (child) to grow up with would be great.Experienced dog owner who has already owned a high energy dog and knows what to expect.

Story
This is Canelo — a sweet, nearly 7-year-old doodle with a heart full of love and energy to share. Canelo brings life and joy to any home. He’s active (sometimes a bit on the playful side!), but always in a fun, friendly way. He absolutely adores kids and has a gentle, patient nature with them. Whether it’s chasing a ball in the yard, going on walks, or simply being close to his people, Canelo is always ready to be part of the action. He’s house-trained, healthy, and fully up to date on all his vaccinations. What we’ll miss most are his cheerful energy, goofy personality, and the deep loyalty he shows once he bonds with you. We’re hoping to find Canelo a forever home where he can continue to thrive — ideally with a yard to run in and someone who enjoys the outdoors as much as he does. Most of all, we want him to be with someone who will love him like family. If you think you could be that person, we’d love to hear from you. Canelo is ready to bring love, laughter, and plenty of tai

Story
Odi is a non-shedding, intelligent, affectionate, house-trained, healthy Goldendoodle who is deeply loyal. He loves water, long walks, the beach, and being by your side. He can be left alone for several hours and has NO separation anxiety.Odi is calm with people he knows, eager to please, and highly trainable. He thrives on companionship and would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys a devoted dog.Like many dogs, Odi has some behavioral challenges. He can be territorial/protective with unfamiliar people and has shown resource guarding with dogs around high-value items such as balls/bones, including a couple of bite incidents. I've learned his triggers and successfully managed them with thoughtful handling and a muzzle when appropriate. He would do best with someone experienced with dog behavior who is comfortable continuing these management strategies. My hope is to find someone who appreciates everything that makes him special and is comfortable w/the extra care he needs.

Story
This is Honey the Maltipoo, a rambunctious ball of sunshine looking for his perfect furever home! Honey was originally adopted in Long Beach CA but me and him both know his perfect home is out here in Pittsburgh! He’s about a 1 1/2 year old pup who loves to stick by his human’s side so someone being home frequently to give him the attention and training he needs would be perfect. If you’re looking for a playful and cuddly buddy who wants all your attention, he’ll be the perfect life companion for you or your family!

Story
NOTE: MILLIE IS WITH HER PEOPLE IN SANTA ROSA. GSRSV HAS NOT MET MILLIE. WE ARE LISTING MILLIE ON THIS WEBSITE ALONG WITH OUR OWN DOGS TO GIVE HER MORE ADOPTION EXPOSURE. PLEASE SEE END OF THIS PROFILE FOR CONTACT INFO. "Millie" is a beautiful, 3½-yo, 65-lb, AKC-registered spayed female GSD who is sweet, protective and silly. Millie is healthy, microchipped and up-to-date on core vaccinations. Millie is fine with people who she meets when away from the house, but inside the house she is very protective of her people so they have to put her in her crate when people that she does not know come inside. Her people believe that Millie would do well with someone who has a property where she can run her heart out. Millie used to be OK with children, but recently she had a couple incidents in which she lunged at one of the two kids she lives with (8 & 10 yrs old). The first incident occurred after the older child had handled a friend’s dog, and the second incident occurred after the younger child had handled a friend’s cat. Neither incident resulted in a bite, but it was very scary for all involved. So, a home without children is now in order for Millie. Millie is good with medium & large-size dogs, but NOT with little dogs. She routinely attends a doggy day care where she plays well with the other dogs. Millie has never been around cats and likely would not do well with them. So, we are seeking a home without cats for Millie. Millie is housetrained and is left free to roam inside when her people are gone for several hours. She received formal obedience training when she was a puppy. Millie walks great on a leash and is non-reactive towards other dogs who she sees when on walks. Millie’s off-leash recall could use some improvement. Millie is a calm passenger in a vehicle. She loves to play with balls. Millie’s people purchased her from a breeder in Cotati when she was a puppy. Though Millie is a very valued member of the family, the two near-bite incidents with the children have made it stressful to manage her—keeping doors closed, separating her from visitors, and worrying constantly about kids in the house. The anxiety has become too much for the family, so they are now seeking a new home for Millie. Millie is located in Santa Rosa. Her adoption fee is $100. Please contact Anya Cunningham at anya@Linkcpa.com or 707-758-9633.

Story
We’ve had our sweet boy since he was a puppy, and he is now 10 years old. He is incredibly affectionate and loves people—his favorite thing is being beside you, cuddling, getting pets, and being part of whatever you’re doing. He is house-trained, doesn’t shed, rarely barks, is wonderful with children, and gets along well with other dogs. We now have two young children with allergies, so he can no longer be on our furniture or in many parts of our home. We can’t give him the attention and companionship he craves, and we believe he would be much happier in a home where he can be a central part of someone’s life. He is healthy, but like many doodles has sensitive skin and a sensitive stomach. He does best with regular grooming and baths and a consistent, limited diet. We are looking for an experienced, loving dog owner who will give him excellent care and lots of affection. Finding the right home is much more important than finding one quickly.
