Any meet and greets and adoptions will be handled directly by them.***  Meet Milo! This 8.5 year old Goldendoodle boy weighs 74 pounds. He is playful, affectionate, and smart! General Behavior: Milo loves attention from his humans and especially enjoys a good snuggle. He's active and playful but is also happy to lounge and nap during the day.  Likes & Dislikes: Milo enjoys his exercise, including long walks and playing ball in his yard.  He is not a great fan of car rides but doesn’t ever want to miss an adventure.  He loves toys – the more, the better! Training: Milo is a smart cookie. He is housetrained, walks well on the leash, and knows most basic commands.   Medical: Milo is a healthy boy but needs his heartworm and flea/tick preventive medicines like any pup. He occasionally has itchiness due to seasonal allergies which can be treated with a gentle bath or a Cytopoint injection ($99 per shot, needs 0-2 per year). Other Animals: Milo enjoys playing with other dogs and easily makes friends, but he will sometimes bark at other dogs on leash walks.  He also does well with cats. Children: A home with no small children is required for Milo. Home: Milo needs a single-family home with a fenced yard or an apartment/condo with regular leash walks and opportunities to play in a secure area off leash.  Milo can be left alone in the home for several hours without issues. He sleeps well in either the people bed or his dog bed at night. Grooming: Four grooming appointments per year is ideal for Milo with regular baths in between. A cut on the shorter side requires minimal brushing in between. He is a Goldendoodle with a looser/easier to brush coat. Overall: If you are looking for a loyal and loving companion who will enjoy basking in your love, Milo may be a match for you. Milo is a courtesy listing.
