Daisy is a special needs 3 year old goldendoodle. When we rescued her we brought her to the vet to figure out why she was so thin & vomiting so much. We found out she has a rare but manageable condition where her esophagus is larger than most dogs so anytime she eats or drinks water like normal dogs it doesn’t digest properly. The only way to fix this is using a Baily chair to eat and drink which I custom built for Daisy and that will be going home with her. It allows her to eat upright. She’s the sweetest girl but since I have other animals she sometimes gets in to their water causing her not to properly digest. With her Baily chair and proper food (Science diet for sensitive stomachs) we got her to normal weight and she’s a healthy loving girl. She needs a 6ft privacy fence for a yard or someone who can walk her periodically. She’s extremely loving and smart. Great with kids and other animals (we live on a farm) Please inquire and let us know why your home would be her best fit.

***Local adoption only: Penny needs a family in the Central Florida region (Orlando area) who will commit to taking her to a follow-up appointment with PPR's vetting partner. This has already been scheduled and the cost is covered by her adoption donation.*** Hi, I'm Penny! I'm a 56-lb, 2-year-old Doodle. I'm looking for an active person who is ready for adventures including (but not limited to) lots of cuddles, lizard-hunting, fast walks, and making friends with everyone I meet. In return, I can promise that whoever adopts me will be rich in cuddles, kisses, and love. Favorite Things: Penny's favorite things include cuddles, snuggles, kisses, hugs, and being outside. She LOVES running around and patrolling the perimeter of the yard and investigating the bushes. She particularly likes chasing after squirrels and lizards. Training & Manners: Penny is a little lady! She is housetrained if let out regularly and will let you know when she needs to go out (although she's a shy girl who doesn't like to do her business while on a leash.) She needs more practice not pulling on a leash and is very easily distracted outside with animals and insects. She is not interested in treats when on her walks, so it will take some patience. She is very happy in the car but also tries to climb all over, so she'll need a harness or doggie car seat. Health & Care: Penny is spayed, heartworm negative and up-to-date on vaccinations. She will just need monthly flea and heart preventatives, like any dog. As a Poodle, she will need regular brushing plus professional grooming every few weeks. Other Animals: Penny has been introduced to a few other dogs from 10-100 pounds and does well with all of them. She LOVES playing and will bark and pounce to try to get other dogs to play with her. She will get loud but is always happy. She would do very well with another canine companion. She has not been observed around cats, but given her love of chasing lizards and squirrels, her foster doesn't think she'd be the best fit for a home with cats. Children: Penny loves children and has done well with all the children she's met, including kids on the autism spectrum. However, she doesn't quite know how big she is and her love of giving people big kisses on their faces might overwhelm some toddlers. Ideal Home: This active explorer would do best in a single-family home with a securely fenced yard. Overall: Penny is a happy and loving companion and will make a family very happy. Love doodles but looking for one who is more chill and laid back? Well. look no further because Charlie is the doodle boy for you!!! This adorable 9-year-old Goldendoodle is a lover boy, happy, well mannered, loves walking on a leash, goes to outdoor restaurants with his foster and is excellent in the house. He enjoys stuffed toys and greets them at the door when they return with a toy in his mouth. He is a very good boy in the house (although don't leave candy within his reach!!), is crate trained, loves being smooched and petted, enjoys quiet time laying at his foster's feet and is a very low maintenance doodle. Of course, he needs grooming but does not require constant attention from his humans. Charlie is housetrained, crate trained and does well in the car too. He enjoys meeting other people but is a little unsure of children and their intentions. Charlie is neutered, current on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, wormed and we are actively pursuing his forever home with a loving and laid-back couple who has a quiet home. His new owner must be able to walk him during the day, have a nice fenced in back yard, be home much of the day and be able to give this sweet doodle boy loads of loving and cuddles. DOUBLE DOODLES!! DOUBLE THE FUN!! DOUBLE THE LOVE!! Only thing better than one doodle is two!! Belle and Lola, half-sisters with the same mother from different litters, are looking for a new home together. Who can resist these adorable duo fluff balls who can melt a heart at a moment's notice. Their family finds they are out of the house too much and feel they can no longer care for the girls as they deserve and have asked GREAT Rescue to help in locating a wonderful new family who will love them as much as they have and deserve. Belle is three years old and the more laid back and timid of the two girls. She loves to lounge and relax on the sofa with her people or her sister by her side. She loves playing with toys and her sister, of course, and really, really enjoys having her neck scratched and belly rubbed too!! She is timid with loud noises and just wants to be close to her person when fireworks occur. She knows to walk well, on a leash, some commands and enjoys being with family's two children, ages 16 and 9. Lola is four years old, loves to cuddle and play with other dogs and enjoys sunbathing for short periods of time in the yard. She is not fearful of anything, knows some basic commands and also walks very well on a leash. She is a confident girl and really loves being with her sister, Belle. Gia is a very sweet dog, but she is very anxious. She also is very needy and can be aggressive when territorial or scared. We are no longer equipped to take care of her. We think she would thrive in a more structured, one dog household that can give her all the love, care, and discipline she deserves. We got Gia at 6 months old from another family she had worms and spent most of her time in a crate. She used to get aggressive touched on her back or tail and now we lay and cuddle with Gia.
