Story
A male neutered goldendoodle, ~50 lbs. Fully house trained; not crate trained but does not destroy/chew when left alone. Walks ok on leash. Has potential to be a good guard dog. Very protective of his home, does not welcome visitors easily/quickly. Does not do well with younger/smaller children. He needs a home with adults and older teens only. Dog selective, but is able to walk a reasonable distance away from another dog without a significant reaction. Passed an interview at a local boarding location and is approved to do group play with dogs of his own size. Does okay with grooming, except nail trims. Protective of his feet, a groomer reported a bite attempts with a nail trim. We are willing to include supplies (clippers, etc.) for grooming him. We received this dog from somebody who did not accurately describe some of his issues, hoping to find him a loving home where he will be comfortable & those around him will be comfortable with him.

Story
These dogs would come as a pair because they have spend their whole lives being together. They are from separate litters but are believed to have the same dad. Scout is a male (10) and Oakley a female (8). They are miniature golden doodles and both around 30 pounds. They are hypoallergenic and do not shed. They are still energetic despite their age so they need to be exercised. They would do well in a home without young children and infants. Scout has more poodle in his personality. He's very smart but also can be stubborn when motivated to want something for himself. He will play fetch all day long. He walks extremely well on a leash and is used to being walked with Oakley. He is used to being in a kennel during the day and allowed to sleep in bed with his preferred human at night. Oakley is more retriever in her personality. She is very laid back and can even be a little timid at times especially with large groups of people. Walks well on leash with Scout.
