Bella is a very sweet 10 yr old Poodle/Chihuahua mix. Her owner passed away and she moved in with the son but his 4 children were just too much for Bella. She would wish for a quieter home and is used to a fenced in yard so we will require one. Bella is house trained and very sweet. She would do best with another small dog in the home as she is very active. We will accept applications at pawshs.org/adoption/Please submit an application at pawshs.org and NOT a Petfinder inquiry as they may not be answered due to the volume of these inquiries received. Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old, and microchipping. Fuzzy is a 1 yr old Miniature Poodle. He is a friendly guy who must have an escape-proof SECURE FENCED IN YARD or he will run. No exceptions- and we will check the yard before adoption. We are not looking for a senior adopter for this young and energetic dog. Buttercup is 18 months old. She is very shy and has been ever since she was a puppy. She is a very good dog and gets along great with our two Bernese Mountain dogs and our grand kids. She is crate trained. She does keep our 3 cats on edge but especially our male Ragdoll cat. It causes him to not want to use his littler box. That was not an issue until Buttercup showed up. For that reason we need to move on. It’s not fair to either animal. We hate to see her go but it’s unfair to have her in a cage just so the male cat can move around the house. Looking for a loving home that’s willing to work thru her shy tendencies. She has so much potential. Thanks Neil

All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
