Daisy-Mae is such a sweet girl. She is 2 years old and we have had her since she was a puppy. She is a pure bred Golden Mountain Doodle (1/2 poodle, 1/4 golden retriever, 1/4 burnese mountain dog). She loves to sit on laps and play fetch, go on walks or runs, and is a very high energy pup. We are heartbroken to need to rehome her, but she is not handling the energy of our home well. We have 3 young kids with a 4th on the way. They are homeschooled and the constant chaos, noise, and energy of a home full of young kids seems to stress her out a bit. She has become a bit defensive over her food, toys, and space, and has shown signs of stress and resource guarding. She would do well in a home with older children, or with an adult-only household that can give her a more structured space, and give her more focused attention without making her feel like she is competing with kids for attention. She is well-trained and obedient and very, very smart. She goes to day care regularly and does well

Yogi is a younger hyper pup. He is good with other dogs but it does take an adjustment at first. His biggest problem is he jumps. He will jump on you but that is trainable. We love him but we got in over our head having multiple dogs and multiple kids. Times are tough and unfortunately funds aren't there nor is time and patience. He needs to be with ppl who will give him the love he deserves the walks he loves so much and the time that I wish we could give. We have had him for almost two years and we took him in from someone who couldn't take care of him when he was about 8 months old. Side note. From experience yogi needs to be crated when left alone. He is crate trained! does really well In a crate and is seemingly comfortable being in one.
