Story
Name: JT Breed: Goldendoodle Sex: Male Age: 2years Spayed/Neutered: Will be neutered/spayed prior to adoption Vaccinations: Vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Negative Housetrained: Getting there. Microchipped: Yes Adoption Fee/Donation: $400 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.

Story
Bingo is a 1 year old, 85ish lb male Goldendoodle being re-homed at no fault of his own. His family told GRRAND: "Unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to care for his energy level. He needs a large space to run and someone with more time to play with him. Bingoe is crate-trained and house-trained and uses his kennel for sleeping and when we aren’t home. He knows it as 'house'  and 'go to your house'. He lives in a house with a cat but he still chases her. He can obey basic commands as long as he’s not too excited." Bingo is a young Goldendoodle and he will require a home that has the time to give him the exercise outlets he needs as he has plenty of energy to expel daily, and the direction he needs to be a good boy. A fenced in yard for him to romp and play is probebly best for him, or a family committed to the daily exercise walks and playtime he needs.  If you would like to meet Bingo, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org ##2681522##

Story
Charlie got a haircut and says "PICK ME!" See Foster family update below... Charlie is a 7 year old, 65ish lb male Goldendoodle who is being surrendered to GRRAND at no fault of his own. He is looking for a home that has the time and patience to work with him on on socialization and behavior as sadly, he has basically lived his 7 years with no guidance and training.  Charlie is soooo sweet, and gets along with other dogs (German shepherds, dachshunds, etc) and doesn't mind cats. He is crate trained and is in it when he is left alone. He is a handsome, full size Goldendoodle. Charlie has lost 20 pounds and he loves to romp and play, so he would benefit from a fenced in yard or a family committed to giving him the daily exercise he craves. Charlie is in a wonderful foster home and they say: "If you're looking for a doodle full of love, kindness and affection, look no further! Charlie is a 60-pound goldendoodle with soulful eyes and a demeanor which seems to say, "thank you for being my foster family!"  Charlie adapts quickly - he naps with his foster brother Wrigley (an 18-pound Cavalier King Charles), and he delights in playing hide-and-seek with his human foster brother (a 6-year-old boy).  He puts his human foster brother to bed and greets him first thing in the morning!  Did I mention that Charlie gives the BEST hugs ever???  This cutie is great at "reading the room" - he knows when to play and when to be gentle. Charlie loves car rides and sits in the seat like a good-natured human! He also adores golf cart rides - they're his favorite!  He is a well-behaved dream in the grooming salon owned by his foster mamma! Charlie loves everyone he meets, both human and canine and has so much doodle-love to give his forever family!"    According to Charlie's past family, he is a happy go lucky dog who just fits in and goes with the flow. Charlie is currently known to be a counter surfer and that is a work in progress. Charlie has been groomed consistently his whole life and has been well cared for. We are still learning about Charlie, but if you would like to meet this handsome boy, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org ##2610848##

Story
Gus is a male, 1 year old Goldendoodle puppy at about 67ish lbs, looking for a home where he can be the only dog, with no small kids, and a large fenced in yard to romp and play in and get his energy out. His family will need to be committed to the time he needs for exercise and direction as he is a very high energy dog and needs training on leash walking, and socialization skills around other dogs. Gus needs a home with no small kids because he has no idea how big and strong he is, and will knock them down at no fault of his own. (situation in current home) Gus is house-trained and crate-trained and is in his crate at night when he sleeps.  If you would like to meet Gus, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org ##2699634##

Story
Meet Rosie — a fun, strong, and spirited girl ready for her next chapter. Rosie is a 4-year-old, 65ish lb, female Goldendoodle with a friendly personality and an active spirit. She came to GRRAND after first being surrendered to a trusted rescue contact who made sure she and her friend Coco made it safely into rescue. She’s the kind of dog who will thrive with someone ready to match her energy and help guide her into her full potential.  Rosie’s Highlights: 4-year-old female Goldendoodle Housebroken & crate trained Friendly with people and other dogs Knows basic commands Active, social, and ready to engage  Things to Know: Rosie is familiar with leash walking, but is very strong and can pull This has been noted as a challenge, and the physical health and condition of the handler can absolutely make a difference — with the right match, consistency, and guidance, this is very manageable Rosie is full of life and love — she just needs someone willing to channel her strength and energy in the right direction. With a little structure and consistency, she’s going to shine. In summary: Rosie is a young, active, and social Goldendoodle who is ready for a fresh start. Rosie is housebroken, friendly with people and other dogs, and has a solid foundation. She is familiar with leash walking but can be strong and may pull, which appears to be a manageable training opportunity rather than a behavioral issue, especially with the right handler. Rosie will benefit with continued structure and guidance. She would thrive in an active home that can channel her energy and strength into positive routines.  If you’re looking for a fun, active companion and are ready to invest in her, Rosie could be your perfect match. Please fill out an app at GRRAND.org if you would like to meet Rosie ##2716727##

Story
Nova is a 6 year old, 50lb, female Goldendoodle who is being surrendered because "She needs someone that can be with her more than I can. She has a lot of energy and needs a place to run around." Nova needs a quiet, experienced adult only household with no kids as she is leary of strangers and does not like a lot of chaos. She needs a secure fenced in yard for her to run and play. She is house-trained and trustworthy in the home when left alone. Our GRRAND volunteer says: "Nova does not seek much attention but will come back to me every once in a while to check in - quick scritch then she's back to sniffing. It is very obvious she would love to have her own yard to sniff around in daily. Nova is not a digger nor does she bark. Nova has beautiful golden highlights in her fur." (update Oct 2) Our volunteer also says: "She is independent, loving, sweet, calm. I discovered today that she likes to chase a thrown tennis ball but she is not obsessive about it. She likes to sniff and wander but will seek you out for pets and snuggles. Nova has excellent manners. She won't jump up on you and I've never heard her bark." Nova will need a home with a secure fenced yard so she can romp and play, and a new "bestie" in the home would be a bonus! Nova gets along well with other dogs and will need a family that can be committed to giving her the daily exercise and direction she needs to be a happy and healthy girl! Nova is crate trained but has proven to be trustworthy and not get into anything when home. She can be a bit leary of strangers, but needs the right person who can help her work through that.  We are still learning about Nova, but if you would like to meet this cutie, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org ##2337447##
