If there’s a human nearby, he’s probably trying to climb into their lap.Carter is a puppy pad professional and is working hard on perfecting his outdoor potty routine. He’s a smart boy and catches on quickly—especially if praise and snuggles are involved.Speaking of snuggles… Carter is convinced that laps were invented specifically for him. His favorite places include your lap, your couch, your bed, and pretty much anywhere you’re sitting. Personal space? Carter isn’t familiar with that concept.He gets along great with dogs of all sizes and has done well with cats too.
