Story
Birdy is a 2.5-year-old goldendoodle—spayed, healthy, and up to date on vaccines. She’s incredibly sweet, loyal, potty-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. She adores walks, snuggles, and being close to her people. She’ll be a fantastic companion for a family with older kids or empty nesters. Birdy is full of love and enthusiasm—she just doesn’t always realize her size or energy. Confident older children or adults who enjoy a loyal shadow will be a great match. She has some separation anxiety and isn’t crate trained, so she’ll thrive in a home where someone is around most of the day. She’s eager to please and would blossom with training and structure. We have a crawling baby, and while Birdy is gentle, her constant closeness makes it hard for our daughter to explore confidently. With more little ones on the way, we know Birdy will thrive in a home that better fits her needs. We’re committed to finding her the loving forever home she truly deserves.

Story
Nala was rescued to be an addition to my family in support of my current Golden Doodle. While she is a very sweet girl, she has become more than my family has bargained for. She is extremely affectionate and and is a huge cuddler. She is five months old and is still well into her puppy phase. She is not house trained (as I was told by she was) but is able to be left alone in a kennel. She gets upset initially when we leave for work, however she does calm down. The primary reason we were looking for another pup was to offset our family, however her behavior has unleashed wanted behavior from our other doodle. She would do best with someone experienced in fosters/training young puppies. I'm happy to provide more information as needed.

Story
Hi there! I’m Tux (neutered male, house-trained and crate-trained)—a big ol’ gentle giant at 105 lbs, 5 years old, and full of love—mixed with a little slobber. My sister Vera and I were hoping to return home one day, but our owner couldn't reclaim us—so now, we’re officially looking for a new forever family who can take us in together. We've done so well in foster care that we know it won't be long before we find a new family! I’m happiest with a ball in my mouth and Vera by my side. I love other dogs, I’m great with kids, and I’m the kind of dog who makes people smile just by being around. I keep things lively—playful and full of energy—and together, Vera and I are the perfect balance. We’ve shared a home our whole lives, and we are deeply bonded and need to stay together. We’re not just a pair of pets—we’re a team, and we’re ready to bring joy, loyalty, and some seriously good cuddles to a new home. If you’ve got space for two big-hearted besties, we’d be honored to become part of your family. Ready to adopt us? Fill out the Adoption Form at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/PSTR/Dog

Story
Hey Future Family, I’m Vera—5 years old, 53 lbs, spayed, house-trained, crate-trained and full of love and energy! My best buddy Tux and I were hoping our person could take us back, but sadly, they weren’t able to reclaim us. So now we’re officially up for adoption and looking for a forever home together—because we’re a bonded pair and wouldn’t want it any other way. I’m a social butterfly—I love to play, go on walks, and hang out with all people. Tux is my sweet rock. He might be 105 lbs, but he’s the gentlest giant you’ll ever meet. He’s obsessed with fetch, while I've made up my own game called "steal." It's similar but all the toys end up in my crate! We’ve been side-by-side for years, and we’re each other’s comfort in all the big changes we’ve faced lately. Now we just need a family to call our own—one that sees the love we bring and is ready for double the tail wags, double the heart, and double the fun. Could that be you? Ready to adopt us?
