Story
Sawyer is a 5-year-old neutered Goldendoodle (Feb. 29, 2020). He’s a big, goofy, loving boy who adores toys, snuggling, & water (even paddleboarding). Despite his energy, he’s a lap dog & very sweet. FENCE REQUIRED Sawyer loves the outdoors but will wander if not contained. He has great recall, but curiosity takes over. On leash, he’s strong and hard to manage due to his size and energy. We believe a secure fenced yard is essential so he can safely run & play. This has been the biggest challenge in finding him the right home. Other Notes Pulls leash Food/toy guarding with other dogs (manageable) Jumps with excitement Barks at strangers Rough with small animals Will counter-surf Crate trained, smart, affectionate, eager to please Rehoming? We inherited an old dog who doesn’t get along with him. With young kids, it’s become too chaotic.
