Story
Holly is a sweet, gentle soul who loves nothing more than being close to her favorite people. She’s happiest when she’s by your side for a walk, soaking up the sunshine, or just relaxing together after a nice day outside. This smart girl already knows several commands like sit, down, stay, and wait, and she walks pretty nicely on leash too! Holly loves learning new things and being praised for a job well done. She is still learning to share her favorite treats, for that reason, we are requiring that any children in the home be 10 years or older. Because Holly loves having all the treats and attention to herself, it is required that she be the only animal in the home so she can truly shine. Holly will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate friend who will always be there to brighten their day. A consultation with our behavior team will be provided to discuss her individual needs.Adoption Price: $200

Story
I found this puppy and his siblings behind my work in Stockton. I found his siblings homes but can't seem to find him one😞 He and his siblings were definitely abandoned but not malnourished. Im assuming someone's dog got pregnant accidentally and kept the puppies til the playful stage. He is sweet and quiet. Does need attention and has been hurt before (he and his siblings hid the first days with them and were scared by any fast movements). He's well behaved but definitely still learning (he's a puppy). He is still in potty training but doing well. Does well with other playful animals (cats and dogs). Loves car rides and pup cups! 🧡

Story
Meet Echo – The Sweetest Deaf Australian Shepherd Puppy! Do you need a darling puppy to bring joy and love into your life? Echo might be just the one! This adorable 12-14 week-old, blue eyed, 18-pound Australian Shepherd is a stunning white and merle boy who looks like he’s purebred. Found dumped on the edge of town, Thankfully, a kind family has taken him in and are fostering him. Echo was likely abandoned because he’s deaf. But don’t let that stop you—he’s a quick learner and has already made incredible progress! He’s well on his way to being potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. His foster family has even started training him with a vibration collar, and he responds beautifully to signals like flipping the porch light off and on to call him back when going outside to potty at night time. Echo is vaccinated, microchipped, and will be neutered and receive his rabies shot when he’s a little older. He’s looking for a family with breed experience and preferably familiarity with deaf dogs to help him thrive. If you’re interested in giving this special boy a forever home, please contact us to learn more about Echo. He’s sure to steal your heart and bring love and joy into your home!If you are interested in this dog or would like more information please send me an Adoption QuestionnaireThank youAdoption Fees For Dogs Start At $ 400- 500 Medium & Large Mixed Breed Adult Dogs: $400 plus Medium & Large Pure Breed Adult Dogs or Puppies: $450.00 plus Medium & Large Mixed Breed Puppies: $400 plus Small Mixed Breeds (Puppies & Adults): $450 plus Purebred & Designer Dogs (Puppies & Adults): $500 plus (Fees subject to change) Adopt Today! Here is a list of things that should help us answer you in a more timely manner. 1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it. 2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why) a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response. b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get. c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to. 3. For the AFC website (scroll down to the bio at the bottom it says (apply to adopt today- click that link) www.animalfriendsconnect.org 4. For Petfinders ( scroll down to the biography then click the adoption link) http://animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-application-dogs/ 5. For Adopt a Pet (scroll way down past “Ask about me”) you will see the biography and underneath that will be the adoption questionnaire link.
