LOCAL TN ADOPTION ONLY.Video here: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1ZKqnaG9dD/Mr Scooby His life has been one of text book tragedy in my opinionWe’ve done our best to make his life comfortable in rescue but it is a life inside an intake facility.Five years of teaching him that it isn’t cool the crawl all over a human and try to kiss their face with an open mouth and over sized hugs. His love was so much that it was almost like an aggressive love me situation. Now i have concluded he is and has been reformed. He’s a happy gentleman with that calm Dane state of mind It makes me sad knowing he’s been in rescue for five years He is so loving and so eager to just have a chance at a normal life.If you are looking at a Dane for adoption you already should know how kind and gentle they are.LOCAL ADOPTION ONLY IN TN.The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed.Scooby's adoption fee (picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $225. He is not available for out of state adoption.Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org!To Apply Please Copy and Paste to Your Browser:https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=hb2428&method=online_form_html&formid=41LOCATED IN CROSSVILLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN. Story
Timber is a stunning brindle mastiff/ Great Dane mix who absolutely adores people! He has a goofy personality to him that lights up the room. His foster says he likes everyone he meets and can’t get enough back scratches. He loves to run and play and would enjoy having a fenced in yard or a family that is active. Timber is great with children, he doesn’t know he’s a big boy so older children may be best for him. He thinks he’s a lap dog and will cuddle with as long as you want. Timber does prefer to be the only dog because he loves his people so much. Timber would be an amazing addition to your family and being nothing but love and laughter and sloppy kisses. Timber Is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Please fill out an application at www.northboundrescue.com

Story
Welcome Plainer to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 4-year-old Great Dane. She came in with a male Great Dane and she does great with him. She has a little grey on her muzzle and she smiles and wrinkles her nose. She then puts her head in your hands. It was startling the first time we saw her wrinkle her nose. We thought it was a negative indicator but the more we worked with her the more we knew it was her way to smile. She is adorable. She is moderately active and would be fine with a lower energy family. She will be fine as an only pet and she would be fine with children. She is an adult so you won’t have all the puppy antics to put up with. She is good in her crate and good on a leash. She is currently going to be cleared for the heartworms and then spayed and readied for her forever home. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Meet Boone – A Gentle Soul Ready for a Fresh Start Boone is a striking Great Dane and Black Mouth Cur mix at 65 pounds with soulful eyes and a quiet, thoughtful demeanor. Rescued after being abandoned on the roadside, Boone's past suggests he was used as a hunting dog and likely spent much of his life confined to a kennel. This history has left him shy and cautious at first, but with time, patience, and kindness, Boone reveals his deeply affectionate side. Once he begins to trust, Boone becomes a devoted companion who craves gentle affection and enjoys peaceful moments with his person. He thrives in a calm environment and takes comfort in the presence of other dogs—he gets along wonderfully with canine companions and would benefit from a home with another friendly dog to help boost his confidence. Currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, Boone is looking for a foster or forever home in Central Texas only. He needs a loving, understanding family who can help him continue to blossom at his own pace. His ideal adopter would be someone familiar with hounds or someone who appreciates the gentle, loyal nature of these incredible breeds. If you're a hound enthusiast or simply someone with a kind heart and a quiet home, Boone may be the perfect match for you. He’s not just looking for a home—he’s looking for someone who sees his potential and will offer the love and patience he’s never known before. Boone is ready to start again. She is a wonderful, sweet that loves playing with other dogs, but some dogs are not hip on her puppy active play (which is normal for large dogs, so dogs her size or energy level in the home is advisable.). She does live in a foster home with cats, but cats will have to like a XL active pups. She loves hanging out with family and on their furniture.. She is crate trained and does walk on a leash. New family will have to polish her nice leash walking. She will require a securely fenced yard and any required continued dog training. Great Dane experience is required. No apartments. L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. Story
Breaker is up for adoption in TX, NE and PNW (excluding MA)! Breaker is a 1-year-old, 65-pound Great Dane/Boxer mix with a heart as big as his goofy grin. This splash-happy pup LOVES the water—whether he’s chasing toys into the pool, splashing through a creek, or just romping around the yard, Breaker is always up for adventure. With the playful energy of a Boxer and the gentle, loyal nature of a Dane, he’s the best of both worlds—equal parts fun and affection. Breaker is dog-friendly (with pups his size), loves people, and is happiest when he’s part of the action. He’s making great progress with crate training and is learning his puppy manners, especially when treats are involved. Breaker wasn't given much structure as a pup so, Breaker sometimes tries to play bite to get his way. Even after a board-and-train program, he will need a family committed to consistent, positive reinforcement training to help him reach his full potential. Breaker would thrive in an active home with space to play and maybe even a doggy sibling to share his adventures with. If you’re looking for a loyal, silly, water-loving companion who will keep you laughing and fill your days with joy, Breaker is your guy! To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link.
