Timber is a stunning brindle mastiff/ Great Dane mix who absolutely adores people! He has a goofy personality to him that lights up the room. His foster says he likes everyone he meets and can’t get enough back scratches. He loves to run and play and would enjoy having a fenced in yard or a family that is active. Timber is great with children, he doesn’t know he’s a big boy so older children may be best for him. He thinks he’s a lap dog and will cuddle with as long as you want. Timber does prefer to be the only dog because he loves his people so much. Timber would be an amazing addition to your family and being nothing but love and laughter and sloppy kisses. Welcome Plainer to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 4-year-old Great Dane. She came in with a male Great Dane and she does great with him. She has a little grey on her muzzle and she smiles and wrinkles her nose. She then puts her head in your hands. It was startling the first time we saw her wrinkle her nose. We thought it was a negative indicator but the more we worked with her the more we knew it was her way to smile. She is adorable. She is moderately active and would be fine with a lower energy family. She will be fine as an only pet and she would be fine with children. She is an adult so you won’t have all the puppy antics to put up with. She is good in her crate and good on a leash. She is currently going to be cleared for the heartworms and then spayed and readied for her forever home. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 180. I'm a sweet and friendly girl who loves to play, but I’m not overly energetic. I enjoy a good balance between a bit of fun and some chill time. You'll often find me lounging around, enjoying a laid-back vibe. I’m quite sociable and get along well with other dogs, which makes playdates a lot of fun! When it comes to kids, I absolutely adore them. I haven’t had the chance to meet any kitties yet, but I have a feeling that with a proper introduction and a little patience, we could become fast friends. Now, here's something important to consider: since I'm going to be a big gal, I might accidentally bump into someone and knock them over.
