Story
This is one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make, but due to life changes, working more and traveling often, we’re no longer able to give him the time and consistency he deserves. He is a Lab / Great Dane / Weimaraner mix with a very loving, affectionate personality. He truly enjoys being close to his people and is great with other dogs. A few things to note: he does have occasional accidents in the house and can be a bit of a snack thief if food is left out. With the right routine and attention, we believe he will continue to thrive. We’ve had him since he was a puppy, his birthday is 6/1/2021. Our biggest hope is to find him a safe, loving home where he’ll be cherished as much as he is now. If possible, we would love to stay in touch with updates and maybe even visit him occasionally, it would mean so much to us to know he’s happy and doing well. Please reach out if you or someone you know might be the right fit for him

Story
This giant boy was found dumped at Altama Plantation in Brunswick, Ga. He was already neutered, microchipped, crate/house trained, knows some tricks, and had on an expensive collar, but even with the microchip being registered, and owner contacted, they didn't come forward to claim him. Gus is a big ole baby that is a total goober that kind of just bops about the rescue when he's out to socialize with the others. He has gotten a long with most people he's met, but needs a slow introduction to men and needs a home with no kids under the age of 16. He has shown unease around men, even trusted men to the rescue. He is a very big boy that doesn't know his size at all so he will try to rub against you or lean on your while almost knocking you over. He needs experienced Great Dane owners and a high fenced in yard so that he can learn boundaries. Story
This is Remi! He was found as a stray over a week ago. His owners were contacted but have not expressed interest in taking him back. I have 2 dogs of my own and am unable to keep him. According to his microchip he is around 1 1/2 and neutered. He seems to be a Pitbull/Great Dane/Terrier mix. He is potty trained, knows basic commands, and is a sweetheart. He has been good around other dogs and kids and has never showed any signs of aggression with the past week of holding him. He’s a playful loving boy looking for a good home!

Story
Meet Oswald, a gentle giant with a heart as big as his frame. This lovable fellow is believed to be a fun blend of Rhodesian Ridgeback and Great Dane, though it is his Ridgeback side that shines through most prominently. His coat boasts a striking red sable coloring, a rich blend of reddish- brown with distinctive black-tipped fur and a stunning face mask. Although he is a larger dog, Oswald exudes a certain grace that is a joy to watch. His eyes, large and inquisitive, reflect the kindness and intelligence that radiates from within. Oswald's affectionate nature is undeniable; he's quick to offer love and companionship to anyone and everyone he meets. While Oswald's size and exuberance may require a bit of understanding, especially with smaller children, his amiable nature makes him a wonderful companion for families with prior experience handling larger breeds. This delightful pup enjoys the companionship of other dogs, once they have been properly introduced. He has had some struggles with dog reactivity, but is doing great with training, and will only continue to improve with a consistent, patient, and strong owner. He has not spent much time inside around cats, but is comfortable seeing and walking near them while on outside. When it comes to care, Oswald is fine with a quiet day inside, but also loves to get out, whether it’s the beach or a local walking trail. On walks, he's a model of composure, walking wonderfully on leash and very responsive to corrections. In essence, Oswald is an absolute sweetheart just looking for his forever people.
