I'm very loyal and loving and would thrive in a home where my people can give me all the attention I deserve!

This handsome boy is full of love and personality — a true gentle giant who adores being close to his people. He knows his basic commands and is eager to please, especially when there are treats or cuddles involved! Tars is an energetic pup who enjoys long walks and loves to gallop freely in the backyard. He would thrive in a home where he can stretch his legs and get plenty of playtime. While he does great on playdates with other dogs, Tars would be happiest as the only pet in the home — where he can soak up all the attention and affection he deserves. He does experience a bit of separation anxiety, so he’d be perfect for someone who’s home often or ready to spoil him with extra love and comfort. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and has excellent house manners—he doesn't chew things he shouldn't and waits for an invitation before hopping on the furniture. The Ideal Home: Diesel is looking for a home where he is the only pet. While he is a quiet and respectful roommate, he has become grumpy with smaller animals in his old age and prefers not to share his space (or his rawhide bones!) with other dogs or cats. These should not be given to him at all anymore, as he becomes territorial. Personality: He takes direction very well and is generally a quiet companion who only barks when he needs to let you know something.
