Story
Millie is simply a great dog! She came from a hoarding situation and is very shy with people; but she's super bonded with her foster mom and is extremely affectionate and loyal. Millie is totally house trained, loves to sleep in her kennel, travels great in a car, doesn't jump up on people, doesn't try to get up on furniture, and doesn't chew anything other than her toys--except for maybe an occasional sock! She is also great with other dogs of all sizes. Millie has been through a lot in her past and needs a patient, loving human to help her to continue to learn to trust people, but she's well worth the effort. She also needs a large fenced yard where she can do her daily zoomies!! ! If you think Millie might be the right fit for you, please fill out our adoption application and come meet her?

Story
Meet Boone – A Gentle Soul Ready for a Fresh Start Boone is a striking Great Dane and Black Mouth Cur mix at 65 pounds with soulful eyes and a quiet, thoughtful demeanor. Rescued after being abandoned on the roadside, Boone's past suggests he was used as a hunting dog and likely spent much of his life confined to a kennel. This history has left him shy and cautious at first, but with time, patience, and kindness, Boone reveals his deeply affectionate side. Once he begins to trust, Boone becomes a devoted companion who craves gentle affection and enjoys peaceful moments with his person. He thrives in a calm environment and takes comfort in the presence of other dogs—he gets along wonderfully with canine companions and would benefit from a home with another friendly dog to help boost his confidence. Currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, Boone is looking for a foster or forever home in Central Texas only. He needs a loving, understanding family who can help him continue to blossom at his own pace. His ideal adopter would be someone familiar with hounds or someone who appreciates the gentle, loyal nature of these incredible breeds. If you're a hound enthusiast or simply someone with a kind heart and a quiet home, Boone may be the perfect match for you. He’s not just looking for a home—he’s looking for someone who sees his potential and will offer the love and patience he’s never known before. Boone is ready to start again. Story
Breaker is up for adoption in TX, NE and PNW (excluding MA)! Meet Breaker – Your Adventure Buddy in the Making! Breaker is a handsome Great Dane mix a little over a year old who is ready to find an active, committed family to call his own. At around 65 pounds, he’s a wonderful blend of big-dog presence and goofy puppy charm. Breaker is currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, but he can be transported to the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast United States for the right home. Breaker thrives on activity and would do best as the only dog in the household, where he can soak up all the attention and structure he craves. He still has that classic puppy energy, so he’s looking for a family that understands the importance of positive correction, consistency, and continued training to help him grow into the best version of himself. With the right guidance, Breaker is eager to learn and please. One of Breaker’s favorite things in the world is going on adventures. He absolutely loves riding in the car and would be thrilled to tag along for hikes, outings, road trips, or any fun day spent exploring with his people. Water is another big favorite—splashing, wading, and cooling off are right up his alley. When playtime rolls around, Breaker is all in. He loves toys of all kinds and enjoys playing with dogs his own size. Most of all, Breaker wants to be with his people. He would happily spend the entire day with his family, whether that means being on the go or just hanging out together. If you’re an active household looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion to share life’s adventures, Breaker may be the perfect match for you. Story
If you’ve ever thought to yourself: “I wish I could have a friendly, goofy Anatolian since I need a best friend, not a LGD,” then Duke is your dog! He turns 2 on 3/6/26, so he is still a puppy and loves to play! I would describe him as a giant teddy bear, great for hugging. He will bond to his people fiercely, like any Anatolian shepherd would. It might take a few months for him to settle in, but before you know it, he will always quietly position himself at your feet when you're on the couch. He will run to the door when you pick up your shoes or coat to ensure you take him with you in the car. If you let him, he will sleep by your side at night. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. He just wants to find his fur-ever home and whoever gives him that will have the most loyal best friend. The way he gratefully gazes into my eyes (because he thinks I'm his forever) is heart-melting. He's truly a gem and I wouldn't rehome him if I didn't have to. Rehoming fee includes his crate.
