Story
Clyde is a big couch potato that just hasn't handle the changes we've had in our lives very well. Recently we have moved to an apartment from a house with a fenced yard. He has a high prey drive so being on a leash is all good til a squirrel or cat comes within sight. He was housed with 2 other great Danes previously and now is only pet..he's reactive to other dogs but so far not aggressive. He's very intimidating with his bark someone owners tend to be scared to let him approach but in general he's a big baby that doesn't know his strength or size. Also does not do well with young children. Would recommend a home with teens or older kids. Possibly someone that is good at training and dealing with these types of behaviors he has. Fenced yard recommended.

Currently located at our Evansville, IN location Meet Scarlett, an adorable one-year-old female Great Dane/Lab mix! Weighing in at 70 lbs, this sweetheart considers Valentine's Day her special birthday. Scarlett was surrendered to a partner shelter due to her owner's health issues, but she's ready for a fresh start and a loving forever home.   With her goofy ears and playful spirit, Scarlett is currently being fostered at a pet day care, where she's thriving. She's friendly with dogs and has a gentle demeanor, making her a great companion. While she enjoys the company of other dogs, she would do best in a home without young children.   If you're ready to welcome this lovable girl into your life, please apply to adopt Scarlett at ITVrescue.org.
