Story
I’ve had Vinnie since he was a puppy. He is now 1.5 years old. I originally got him with my now ex fiance and am in the middle of moving and unfortunately will not be able to take him with me. I would like him to go to a loving home that can meet his needs, as he is still young and has lots of energy and excitement. While he has lots of energy, he is the goofiest, biggest cuddle bug you’ll ever meet.

Story
Daisy is a wonderful, sweet, playful girl who loves being outside, water play, & sturdy chew toys. She is VERY sweet, affectionate, and snuggly. She is fully potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, vet and groomer experienced, and muzzle trained. She will go to her crate on command. HOWEVER, Daisy needs a home with NO other animals. She has always lived with others but has had issues with other dogs that are in her space. A trainer has been working with her and has advised that rehoming is the best option for her. Daisy has NEVER shown aggression towards people, and these incidents have been random, but with her size, it is not safe to have her living with other animals and her current owner has a (very necessary) service dog. Daisy could have dog friends since she is muzzle trained, so she could still play with other dogs for exercise in a monitored situation, but she can not live with other dogs again. She really does love to play with other dogs in the right situation

Story
💙 Meet Raider 💙 Raider is a 9-month-old Great Dane puppy with a heart as big as his paws. This handsome boy is completely deaf, but don’t tell him that—it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He is an incredibly sweet, affectionate, cuddly boy who loves being close to his people. Raider came to us emaciated and underweight, and at 115 pounds, he is still growing and gaining the weight he needs. Despite a rough start, he has blossomed into a happy, loving puppy and has so much life and love ahead of him. He has been well socialized with dogs, cats, and kids and is doing wonderfully in foster care. Raider is crate trained, potty trained, and while he can be a little sensitive in new situations, he is a playful, loving puppy who continues to gain confidence every day. Because Raider is completely deaf, he requires a home with a physically fenced yard. Experience with deaf dogs and/or giant breeds is preferred. Raider will leave our rescue vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed, fecal tested, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Because Raider is a giant breed puppy and needs much more time to grow, he will be adopted on a neuter contract with a refundable deposit, with neuter to be completed at the appropriate age. If you’re looking for a gentle giant in the making and a devoted best friend, Raider may be your boy. 🐾 Applications can be submitted at www.rescuepetsinc.com/adopt. Please note: All dogs in the home must be current on vaccinations, veterinary care, and year-round heartworm and flea/tick prevention. Raider is a very special boy, and due to his unique needs, the application process may take longer than usual as we work to find the best possible match for him.

Story
Meet Hero – a lovable, larger-than-life pup looking for his very own hero! Don’t be fooled by his photos; Hero is a whopping 75-80 pounds of pure, giant puppy energy! This sweet guy is seeking someone with experience in handling large breeds to help guide him toward mastering his manners and leash skills. If you're ready to be leaned on (literally – he’s a "lean in for love" kind of guy), you’re in for plenty of affection. Hero loves exploring the yard, lounging on the couch, and gnawing away at his favorite chewy bones. He thinks playtime should be an ongoing event, but he’s learning that it’s important to mind his p's and q's. With a strong prey drive, Hero is not the right fit for a home with kitties or small animals. He’s lived with other dogs in the past, so any dog introductions will be required to make sure your dog is just as into Hero as you are! Despite being a lot to handle at times, Hero is a sweet, bright boy who’s all about earning a snack or two! He’s motivated by tasty treats and thrives with consistency – whether that’s in training, patience, or love. Hero is patiently waiting for someone to be his guiding hero and bring him home. Could that hero be you? Apply to adopt Hero at the MAS website below – you won’t regret it! DOB: 2 / 21 / 2023 For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas. Plymouth, MI
Size
(when grown) X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more

Story
At just five months old, Rhythm is a Great Dane puppy with oversized paws, a larger-than-life personality, and plenty to say about everything. This handsome boy is a full-time sassy pants who isn’t afraid to use his voice—when Rhythm has an opinion, chances are you’re going to hear it! 😆 He’s already potty trained, crate trained, and is an excellent car rider, making him a great companion for adventures big and small. Smart and eager to learn, Rhythm is still very much a puppy. He’s working on figuring out where the boundaries are and he’s definitely not afraid to test them. Rhythm needs a patient adopter who understands puppy behavior and will set clear, consistent limits. Though his adorable eyes and rascally antics can be hard to resist, Rhythm needs structure and predictable outcomes to help him continue to grow into the amazing adult dog he’s meant to be. Rhythm is playful, full of character, and loves to be the center of attention. So far in his life, he’s spent his days entertaining humans and animals alike, including kids, other dogs and even a fun-loving cat! When he’s not busy being the star of the show, Rhythm loves to plop himself on the lap of his favorite person for some serious snuggle time. He’s looking for a home that’s full of love, committed to continued training, and is ready to embrace all the fun, laughs, and occasional big time attitude that come with raising a young Dane. This boy is equal parts charm, confidence, comedy, and companionship.

Story
Roman is a handsome black Great Dane male. Roman is a sweet boy with the most soulful eyes you have ever seen! He is a gentle boy who attaches quickly to people. Roman enjoys quiet walks with his foster parents and helping out around the house. Walks are getting better w practice on a leash. Roman has a few quirks that he needs his potential adopters to be aware of. - he has bloated, his stomach has been tacked but in situations of high stress he is a bloat risk and will need to be monitored throughout his life - Roman has shown some food and resource guarding with other dogs. He will need to be fed separately from other dogs in the home and any high value food items like treats will need to be fed with dogs separated - Roman is a bit unsure of life and how to live like a "normal" dog. He seeks the guidance of the adult in his life and will need a calm, strong, experienced giant breed owner to help him figure all of this out (rescue experience preferred) - Roman is good with other dogs but is still figuring out how to play, he does best with confident, female dogs - Roman needs SLOW socialization and exposure to new things once he has built trust with his adopter. Our obedience requirement will be critical to Roman's success If you think you could be Roman's perfect family, please read more about adoption and submit an application at www.greatdanerescueinc.com/adopt
