Story
We are looking for a loving new home for our 3-year-old dog, Vesta. This is an incredibly difficult decision, but due to financial struggles, we want to find a family who can give her all the love and care she deserves. Vesta came from a breeder in the Knoxville, TN area. She is shy and timid at first, but once she warms up, she is incredibly loving, goofy, energetic, and affectionate. She is convinced she's a lap dog despite her giant size! She loves snuggling, being outside, and simply being with her people. Vesta is great with children of all ages, dogs, and cats. Ideally, we'd love a home with a fenced yard, giant-breed experience, and someone patient while she adjusts. Vesta is spayed and had a preventative gastropexy after turning one to reduce the risk of GDV. She is not currently up to date on vaccinations. Our priority is not finding a home quickly, but finding the right family who will truly love and care for her.

We are currently trying to find a good home for our dog Milo. We sadly went through a house fire back in December and he luckily had been one of the only pets we could save. We have been moved around a bunch since then but finally found a home within our price zone and in the location we are trying to stay. Sadly they don’t accept his breed and with heavy hearts have to choose to rehome him. Milo is a pit/dane mix that is not neutered and around five years old. We have three kids that he is ok with though he is very nervous around other kids so we ask that someone with older kids or no kids take him in though if you have him and then have a child he will become protective as we ourselves have a 4 month old that he adores. He is also terrified of thunderstorms so he will attempt to get as close to you as possible to feel safe. He is energetic and loves toys though most end up chewed up we do know he loves the big thick tug ropes.

Prim is a lovey dog that gets along with cats. She is a cuddle buddy that will follow you around the house. She is create trained and is potty pad trained. Prim love's having her own blanket to cuddle with. She has a sensitive stomach, so there can be no peanut butter, beef is okay in small amounts, chicken and others seem to be the best. She has dry, sensitive skin and we noticed that the Pet Honesty, brand that is allergy itch relief with salmon oil to put on her food helps. Prim's favorite treats are the Blue Buffalo health bars. She loves stuffed animals and the treat puzzles for dogs and almost any kind of bone. We are looking for her forever home.
