Meet Daisy! 🌼 Great Dane / English Setter | 5 Years Young | Tall, Dark & Selectively Social Hello darlings, I’m Daisy — part majestic Great Dane, part fancy English Setter, and 100% done with girl drama. I’ve been through a few episodes of Real Housewives: Dog Park Edition, and let’s just say… I now prefer to keep my circle tight. I’m cool with the dudes (they respect my space), love humans (especially the ones with snacks), and have a soft spot for couches, belly rubs, and long, gossip-free walks on the leash. At 5 years old, I’ve outgrown the puppy nonsense and now prefer the finer things in life: peace, quiet, and not being side-eyed by some random poodle at the park. So if you’re looking for a loyal, low-drama bestie who won’t steal your boyfriend but might steal your spot on the bed — I’m your girl. Just keep the mean girls out of our group chat, okay? We took Aggie into our home, two years ago, from a friend who adopted her and found out Aggie had been abused and did not respond well to men. (Our friend did not have the means to help Aggie). Over time, we gained Aggie's trust, and she made a huge improvement. She is comfortable and safe around our immediate family. However, we have people over to our home all the time and with new faces, she is apprehensive and unpredictable. She has nipped at new people if we were not 100% on top of her. We need to find Aggie a forever home where she has an experienced dog owner and not a lot of "new people" traffic. She has sharp teeth and a strong bite. She only likes soft stuffies, so we have not been successful at helping her dull her teeth a bit. She gets along well with 3 of our 4 other dogs, but when they have "tiffs" (as all siblings do), her teeth do some damage, even though she isn't meaning for that to happen. We live on a farm, and she is comfortable around all the animals.
