Story
Roxy has been through so much and deserves so much love. She was abandoned as a puppy in September 2024, but now, she is ready to meet & love her forever family! We just found out through a DNA test that she is half Great Pyrenees and half American Staffordshire Terrier. At 80 lbs, she doesn't realize how big she is however, she walks well on a leash and loves attention and cuddles. She has some reactivity to other dogs so a slow introduction is required if going to a home with other pets. She would also thrive as an only dog! An ideal home would have older (teen) or no children as she is strong when she plays. She is estimated to be born in May 2024 and she successfully completed a 4-week board-and-train program as of May 28, 2025. Her adoption comes with continued training (if needed) and covered by our rescue! If you’d like to learn more about her, please contact us!

Story
Jyn is an amazing dog. Her nature is to be a guardian. We just had our first baby and Jyn has become increasingly protective/possessive over me and the baby. For this reason, we need to find her a new loving and safe home. She does not love new people right away, but once she knows you as part of her family, she is loyal and loving. She’s extremely intelligent. She knows all her basic commands and is kennel trained. She’s active, athletic and playful. We’ve taken her camping and fishing many times and she does great. She will do pretty much anything as long as she is with her people. Special considerations: She has female-female dog aggression so she should be the only female dog in the family. She is resource aggressive with our male dog; a male dog in the home should be chill. She has a lot of fear regarding going to the vet; a sedative is recommended. Jyn will need someone with patience who is willing to earn her trust and unlock the amazing faithful companion inside.

Story
Dodge is truly the sweetest dog I’ve ever met, and he deserves a family as devoted as he is. Originally rescued from a property in Casa Grande at five months old, Dodge recently celebrated his first birthday on December 16th! He is an incredibly intelligent and disciplined companion who takes great pride in his training. Dodge is fully command-trained: he knows sit, lay down, roll over, and heel. He can even switch sides of your body on command, waits for a "break" signal, and will even hydrate on cue when told to "drink." This athletic boy lives for the outdoors—long walks, big open spaces, and especially playing in water! Because he can be a bit jealous of other pets, he would thrive best as an "only child" or in a home where he can be the primary focus. If you have the time to give him the individual attention he craves, Dodge will be the most loyal and affectionate partner you could ever ask for.
