Story
Georgia is 3.5 years old and is the best farm dog ever. She needs space to roam and other animals to protect. She is very relaxed and super loving. She will need time to readjust to her new home and family but once you earn her trust, (food works) she will be your best friend. I have to move to a place without a yard and this would not be fair for her. She needs a working farm… this is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do!

Need a fenced in yard: Not necessary, but it would be preferred. Dog Friendly: Yes If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive home? Would do well with another dog but not required—she enjoys companionship Cat Friendly? Yes Kid Friendly: Yes If yes, what’s the youngest child you’d recommend they be placed with? Would do well with children of all ages with appropriate supervision Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? "Bebe" (her nickname) is a tiny princess with a big personality. She’s playful, confident, and full of charm—equal parts cuddly and spunky. She loves attention, enjoys playtime, and isn’t afraid to show her sweet and sassy side. Story
Dog Name: Flap Doodle Breed: Pyrenees mix Sex: Male Age: 8-9 weeks Weight: 9.3 lbs Medical Needs: Remainder of puppy shots and rabies vaccine once old enough. Must be neutered by the end of August 2026. The appointment is included in the adoption fee at one of the clinics we use and the foster-to-adopt family will need to email GRR to request the appointment when puppy is 18-20 weeks at the clinic closest to them. (Options are Wilmington, Newark, Dover, Georgetown.) Keeping the appointment that’s assigned by the clinic will be a condition of adoption. Foster-to-adopt families must live within one hour of DE and be willing to travel here for the pending appointment. Housebroken: not yet Crate trained: not yet. Still sleeping with his siblings Good in car: So far he has only traveled in a crate with his brothers. Good on leash: He has not been on a leash yet. Energy level: Medium. Normal puppy playfulness. He loves to play with his brothers, cuddle with his foster mom and dad, eat, and sleep! Need a fenced in yard: No, but he would love one. Dog friendly: Yes, he is a social, playful puppy. If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive home? No, but he is a very young puppy who has not yet been alone. Cat friendly: Unknown. Kid Friendly: Flap Doodle hasn’t been with children yet but I’m sure he would love to play with puppy savvy kids. Proper supervision would be needed with small children. If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? Flap Doodle is little, still a baby and is at an age where everything is new. Until he is a little bigger and understands the ground rules, he should be carefully monitored when interacting with children. Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know: Flap Doodle is a typical puppy! He plays, eats, and sleeps! While playing and when it’s time to eat he is quite vocal and will let you know he hears you preparing dinner! He and his siblings follow foster mom everywhere and loves to hinder cleanup:). Dinner is a great joy. Cuddling is a must and at sleep time there is never a fuss. Flap and his siblings are inquisitive and smart. He will be a fast learner. So far he is not high energy, just playful! And super affectionate!
