Please contact Marilyn at 856-275-6905 for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 856-275-6905 (call or text) or via email at Fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here, you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. June 8, 2026, 5:32 am

Story
Meet Harper — a breathtakingly gentle, sweet‑faced 3‑year‑old Great Pyrenees mix with a heart made of pure softness. This beautiful girl was an incredible momma to her Great Pyrenees pups, who are now ready for homes of their own. Now it’s her turn to finally be someone’s baby. Harper is calm, tender, and quietly soulful — the kind of dog who leans in for affection and melts into your arms. She craves love and companionship in the deepest, sweetest way. Kennel life weighs heavily on her; it makes her sad. What she longs for is simple: a home filled with kindness, love, and people who see how special she is.With her loving nature and serene presence, Harper would make a wonderful best friend to a lucky person or family. She’s ready to bring comfort, devotion, and endless snuggles into someone’s everyday life. Please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org to meet Harper. **** 3 years old. Story
Say hello to Mr. Ludo — the serene gentleman who brings peace wherever he goes. Ludo is a breathtaking 7‑year‑old Great Pyrenees whose beauty is quite pure. His soft, cloud‑white coat carries this quiet symbolism of hope, comfort, and fresh beginnings — the kind of presence that makes you exhale without even realizing it. He’s the definition of laid‑back charm: fun‑loving, easygoing, chill, and endlessly gentle. Ludo floats through life with a calm, majestic grace, collecting friends everywhere he goes. We all adore him for his sweet temperament, and his extraordinarily handsome looks are just the icing on the cake. Ludo is always smiling — that big, heart‑melting Pyr grin — and he’ll give you smile lines you didn’t even know you had. Great Pyrenees are famously wonderful family companions, and Ludo embodies everything people love about the breed. He’s a lovely, giant‑sized teddy bear of a boy who wants nothing more than to wrap you in a big, warm, furry hug and share all the love he carries in that enormous heart. You simply must meet Ludo. He’s an extraordinary soul. Please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org to meet Ludo. **** 7 years old. Neutered, UTD vaccinations, microchipped, wormed.
