Rocky is a 1-year-old male American blue heeler/great Pyrenees mix who is available for adoption at CCHS! Rocky was relinquished to us because his former family had taken him in as a stray and he wasn't adjusting to the other dog in the home. Rocky is a shy, strong-willed boy who appears to do better with women at this time. He is apprehensive of new people and would likely do best with slow introductions (and lots of treats!) With that being said, he does have his favorite staff here, and loves them dearly! He was also playful with young children in his previous time. It may take some time for him to warm up to you, but come spend some time with him and get to know him!
