Story
Juno is a 3-year-old female Great Pyrenees mix. A true cuddle bug, she wants to be snuggled with you or hugging you if you aren’t playing fetch. She has been professionally trained and walks beautifully on leash. If you need to go anywhere together, she is an experienced and calm traveler who is along for the ride. She loves children and people alike and as a Pyrenees, she will ensure you know she is a protector with her bark. Juno would love to be the only dog in the family. As a rescue, we believed she experienced some food scarcity early on and does not like competition for food. She also does not want to compete for affection and for that reason we feel it’s best she is the sole dog in the home.

Story
Wisteria is a gentle giant who loves calm vibes and snuggles. She has been with me for 6 years now, ever since I got her as a little puppy, but now due to my job relocating me overseas I have to find her a new home. Wisteria can be a bit shy at times but also protective of people she loves. She does amazing with kids and is so patient and mellow and really just enjoys being included in everyday life. She loves little treats, being brushed out, and lying on squishy pillows and blankets. I would prefer for her to go to a calm home where she will be absolutely spoiled with love because she really is just a big sweet baby!

Story
Meet Winnie, a beautiful young lady with a loving heart who is ready to find her perfect match! Winnie is a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely adores people—especially children and babies. She’s incredibly gentle and curious, often wanting to be close so she can see what everyone is up to. In fact, she’s known as our little “nosey” girl because she loves checking in on the family, especially the baby, to make sure she’s part of the action. Winnie gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She has attended doggy daycare a few times and always receives great reports for being social and playful. She especially enjoys playing with other dogs through the fence and loves having canine friends around. She may bark when she sees other dogs or strangers like delivery drivers, but it’s simply her way of saying hello—she’s not aggressive at all. This affectionate girl is also a world-class cuddler. Winnie loves nothing more than curling up next to her people or resting her head on you for some extra love. She has a charming little quirk too—she sometimes collects rocks and proudly brings them to her humans like tiny treasures she’s found. Winnie is still working on her leash skills and would benefit from some continued training, but she’s a smart young dog who will thrive with patience and guidance. She would love a yard where she can stretch her legs and freely romp & play. Winnie originally came to our rescue as a tiny 3-month-old puppy and was adopted along with her brother, Jack. Sadly, the family’s young child developed respiratory difficulties due to a dog allergy, and they were heartbroken to return them. Winnie would absolutely love to be adopted with Jack again, but it’s not required. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will keep you company, make you laugh, and shower you with cuddles, Winnie may just be the perfect addition to your family. Winnie is a female Great Pyrenees/Yellow Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd who was was born 10-1-24 and currently weighs 78.6 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, tested heartworm negative and given heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. ***If you are serious about adopting, you must first complete and submit an application on our website. Our Adoption Team will respond via email from DollysLegacyAdoptions@gmail.com once you have completed an application. If a pet is still listed, it is not yet adopted as we update daily. Story
I rescued Zara in 2019 and she's been an amazing dog. She's full of personality and loves to be affectionate. She loves to sit in the back yard or deck and make sure no intruders approach. Her Great Pyreneese DNA is very strong with her guardian dog duties. The funniest part of her is that any human intruder on earth could approach and she'd greet them with a big tail wag and want pets, but if its a squirrel, cat, bird, or anything else then she will not allow it. The reason I need to re-home her is because of a recent divorce that's forced me to live in a smaller apartment/house and it's just too small for her. I am having to move again, but the new place doesn't allow big dogs so i sadly have to find her a new home. She's a great dog and will be a wonderful companion
