Story
Meet Lucky! Are you ready for an energetic giant dog? I’m still a pup and weigh 49 pounds. There is plenty of growing left to do. Pyrenees were bred to guard their flock and Labs were bred for loving! What a combo! You will have an eager participant in training because of my Lab heritage. The key will be to start that training right away before I grow too much more.***I have been microchipped.

Story
Leo is a great dog that loves to be outdoors and roam the property. We recently moved and he is not adjusting well to no longer having a yard to roam. He currently lives in a family with kids and a cat and is great with all of them. We are looking for a loving home with lots of outdoor space for him, preferably a farm, where he can roam.

Story
Good afternoon. My parents live in Orleans, NE and unfortunately cannot live on their own anymore. I am moving them out East into a senior living apartment and they cannot bring their Great Pyrenees with them. I am hoping he can be fostered while looking for a forever home. His name is Samson and he is 10. He is a cream Great Pyrenees. He is super gentle and relaxed. He is great with cats and ignores other dogs. He does enjoy sleeping outside and is a gentle walker. He has a vet record and Republican Valley Animal Center in Alma. I will be grateful if I can find him a good home (or foster in the meantime). He really is a great and super easy-going dog. Gentle giant.

Story
Nonna is almost 2 and is a 70 pound love bug. She's loyal and extremely cautious of new people. She would need a few meets and greets with her potential humans. Nonna has shown aggression to dogs and small animals. I have another cat and dog, I would not trust her completely unsupervised with my cat. She has not been aggressive to the cat, she is just so big and a bit to rough. Although, I would not feel comfortable with other small animals. She is extremely reactive. She is eager to please and very much a sweetheart, she needs more and deserves more than we can give. She would be a great farm dog, that would be my ideal home for her or at least some wide open space for her to enjoy. She has been raised with older children her entire life, again a meet and greet would be required, she is a very cautious girl. You would have to be patient and willing to build her trust. I would prefer someone who is familiar with her mix. She is 75% Great Pyr and 25% Rott.

Story
Cash is a beautiful Great Pyrenees with everything people love about the breed: loyal, gentle, affectionate, and devoted to his people. He loves attention, is house trained, responds well to verbal commands, walks nicely on a leash, and gets along well with other dogs. Hes also wonderful with older children and truly is a gentle giant. Like many Great Pyrenees, Cash would thrive with room to stretch his legs, patrol his yard, and then come inside to soak up all the love and attention from his family. Cash does have one important management need: he has resource guarding around food. Because of this, he'll need an adopter who understands canine behavior, is committed to managing meal times appropriately, and ideally has experience with the Great Pyrenees breed or other guardian breeds. With the right home, structure, and understanding, this is something that can be successfully managed. Were looking for someone who sees Cash for the amazing dog he is, not just the challenge he comes with. If you know and love Great Pyrenees, or have experience with guardian breeds, Cash may be the loyal companion youve been waiting for. What Cash Needs: Breed-experienced adopter (Great Pyrenees/guardian breeds) Structured, firm, but loving leadership Redirection-based training Separate feeding from other animals No small children due to his size and guarding behavior Cat-savvy home (or no cats)
