Both are about 6mths old now & have some resource guarding issues when it comes to food. A shelter life is no place for pups to grow up. They need a home environment to learn manners & how to interact with people & other animals.

Gretel (aka Catfish)--When she went in for foster, she was extremely anxious and aggressive to her brother around food. Prior fostermom worked on crate training, and she's been a perfect lady in the house (no accidents). She even ate with the pack and minded her manners beautifully! So proud of her! Gretel, along with her mom & siblings, came to AC on 11-18-24, but was in County AC in Aug '24. The 6 of them were part of a severe neglect/abuse case. Hansel & Gretel were lucky enough to go to a fosterhome for a few months, but fostermom literally abandoned them with her ex & now they are both back in a VERY crowded shelter. Neither is doing well & really want out!!
