Hi, I`m Jack`s advocate and I would love to tell you all about Jack- a soulful and affectionate five-year-old Rottweiler mix currently located at our shelter location in Goleta. Jack is an extremely smart and trainable dog who has mastered the commands `sit` `paw` `down` `look` `walk` and `through`. He is so eager to learn and please. He would love to continue his training with his new family. He walks well on leash and enjoys playing with tug toys and stuffed animals. He can be shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly and responds well to his handler. He has a calm demeanor with medium energy levels that lend to a quiet household with a fenced-in yard. Meet Buck!He is our resident adorable mischief maker who believes in living life to its fullest! This sweet and silly one year old is still enjoying the last part of his puppyhood and is sure to entertain you with his antics and goofy grins.Buck walks nicely on leash and already knows “sit!” He is working on learning not to jump on people and is already showing great progress learning that good things (treats!) come when he has four paws on the floor.Buck enjoys playing with other dogs but his large size and rough play style mean he won’t be a match for every dog.Buck is smart and eager to please and will do best in a home with kind and patient guardians who will show him how they want him to behave and reward him when he succeeds. He has a big heart and a sensitive spirit and is sure to be a wonderful friend and companion to the right adopter.
