Story
Minnie is very sweet and loving- to humans. She is one of those dogs who will follow you around the house. She nuzzles her face into you and loves affection. She is a great walker on a leash, however doesn’t seem to enjoy walks. She is three years old. 2 years ago, she and one of our other dogs had their first fight over a ball outside. After, we quickly reintroduced them to try to avoid an ongoing issue. A month later, they had their second fight over food. Since that second fight, they have been physically separated in the house. Minnie had completed boarded training to address these issues, however, these two dogs continue to deeply despise each other. We have a third dog in the home that has no issues with either dog. We have not introduced Minnie to any other dogs out of fear of another fight. During these two years of separation, accidents have occurred and these two dogs need separated to stop their attacks.

Shadow isn’t just a dog — he’s the full package: outdoorsy enough to conquer a weekend camping trip, mellow enough to nap through a thunderstorm, and loyal enough to follow your every move (hence the name).He just spent a week roughing it with his foster family and proved he’s a total catch — smart, funny, affectionate, and perfectly content just being wherever his people are. He’s been working hard on clicker training and confidence building, and he’s absolutely thriving with structure, love, and a soft spot to land.Shadow would do best in a calm home with someone (who will continue his training) who appreciates a good balance of adventure and relaxation — bonus points if you’ve got great snack options and a comfy couch.He’s available through his foster home, so meet-and-greets are by appointment only.To set one up, contact:Lauri Ann (LA) – 513-687-7598Shadow’s ready to leave “foster dog” in the rearview mirror and finally become somebody’s “best boy.”
