HI. I am Wrigley. We haven't met yet but I already love you and you are going to love me the instant we meet.   I may be the biggest and happiest greyhound ever. If you love how greyhounds lean look no further! If you pet me, I'll lean in to soak up as much love as possible...but I may knock you over because I am bigger and taller than your average greyhound.    I haven't been with my foster family long but I've settled in, finding all the toys and the softest beds. And I love the backyard! I love to roam, run, and say hi to all my new dog neighbors. Speaking of which, I love dogs of all sizes. I used to live with a small dog and we got along so well. I do need to live with another dog and I'd prefer a big one who is willing to play with me.   My foster family says that I'm learning all the house rules so fast that they can tell that I used to have a good and loving home and that they are sure I'll settle in with my new forever family easily. My foster family also says they hope whoever adopts me will do a DNA test...they want to know if I'm part Great Dane!    Things to know about me. I'm looking for a patient family that can correct and guide me gently. I shrink from even gentle discipline when I make a mistake.  Being crated is terrible for me...but I am learning to wear a muzzle when my foster family leaves home. I am a large and powerful dog with lots of enthusiasm.  I am just learning to walk on a leash. I will need a family who can handle my physical power as I learn NOT to pull. I need a large canine sibling or two. I love to chew and know that I should stick to chewing on bones I'm fast. I can bolt through an open door or out of a car in an instant. I have a lot of energy and like to be active. when I see something yummy I drool...a surprising amount! I'm looking for a forever family to give all my love to. Could it be you? I’m a bouncy, happy boy and will charm you and win you over immediately with my good looks and my winning, loving personality.  I love cuddling on the couch.  I’m a red fawn-colored smaller greyhound with darker snout and tail. My mom says  my dark eyeliner gives me an Egyptian eye, this makes me feel very exotic!  I’m friendly with my foster dog brothers-I can share and follow  house rules! I will need a dog companion in my new home, and I’m cat safe, too. I’m really good at walking on my leash and I’m not afraid of passing cars and trucks when I’m out walking.  Mom loves that I’m a champion sleeper and I’m house trained. I’m very inquisitive and might rearrange some of your home decor. Part Irish Wolfhound part greyhound and 100% loving.  Bebe is a 5 year old girl who is the best of both breeds.  She’s quite a bit smaller than a wolfhound, but larger than your normal greyhound.  I am low-shedding like a wolfhound but I do need a quick bush everyday or so to keep the tangles out.  I’m not just a pretty face, I want my forever family to love me for me, for both my insides and my outside. I love to sit or lay on the couch with you and I literally want you to hold my paw.  I love stuffies that squeak, I throw them up in he air and catch them, I can catch treats too!  I love rides in the car, that is really one of my favorite things.  My Foster Mom says I'm beautiful, silly and super sweet. I am extremely shy at first and I take time to warm up, but if you will be patient with me you’ll see me bloom onto this lovable, so happy you are home kinda girl.  I will need a home without cats but I can live with other dogs just fine.  I like to walk when it’s cool outside and when there’s not too much traffic, parks are a great place for a walk.   I'm nervous at first walking in a new space but the longer we walk together the more relaxed I become. I’m not sure I’ll get used to motorcycles though …. ever.  Bebe needs to come to you in her time to learn too trust so patience is a must if you are interested in this very sweet girl   Do I sound like the kind of girl you can give your heart to?  I’ll be waiting.   We adopt within 3 hours of Kansas City.November 29, 2023, 7:50 pm

Who’s a good boy?  Me, me, me!  I’m Nyx and I'm quite dashing in my black, shiny coat.  I think I  could easily be an ambassadog.  As I practice walking well on a leash, I'm smiling and happy wagging my tail when new people approach.  They often smile back at me seeing such a friendly pup.   Do you like to snuggle?   I love nothing more than snuggling with my humans.   Even though I am  six years old, I still have a fun, playful side at times.    Nyx is new to us, and we will post more info as we get to know him better.   We adopt within 3 hours of Kansas City.
