She loves spending time outdoors and would be a great companion for weekend adventures.  At Clementine's young age, she is in her prime for training and socialization too. Adopting her would mean gaining a loyal and loving companion, a friend who will always be there to brighten up your day. She's waiting to shower her lucky family with plenty of wet nose kisses and butt wiggles. Submit an application today and change this sweet girl's life forever!  Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.       Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home. For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.org.Sponsor Me! Story
Tig is a beautiful hound mix. He is 3 years old and was returned to us after two and a half years when the owner could no longer care for him. Tig is not fond of other dogs so he needs to be the only pet in the house. He will bond quickly with his special person. He requires a yard and a tall fence.

Story
Meet **Zera the Mighty** 🐾👑 — a powerful Boerboel with the softest heart. Zera is mighty in size and VERY strong, but she’s all love when it comes to her people. She thrives on attention and truly doesn’t like being left out—whether that means cuddling on the couch, sitting close by, or simply being part of whatever you’re doing. Affection is her favorite thing, and she gives it freely. She does great in the car and is fully house-trained, politely whining when she needs to go outside. Zera is comfortable both free-roaming and using a crate, and she’s proven to be respectful in the home with no destructive behaviors. Rope toys are a favorite pastime, especially when shared with someone she loves. Zera is friendly and welcoming when meeting strangers in a home setting. Outdoors, she may give a brief alarm bark when she sees someone new, but she settles quickly and is soon asking for pets. She has a positive history with other **social dogs** and has been wonderful around children of all ages, showing a calm and gentle demeanor. She knows **sit** and **down**, is relaxed during baths (especially outdoor ones!), and allows brushing and nail trims without issue. Zera is the perfect blend of strength, sweetness, and loyalty—ready to be a devoted companion to a family who wants a big dog with an even bigger heart. 💛

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🔥🐾 Meet Flint — The Spark You Didn’t Know Your Life Was Missing 🐾🔥 Flint has been waiting WAY too long, and frankly, it’s starting to feel like a crime against joy. At about 1 year old and 18 pounds, this guy is the perfect fun-sized firecracker — compact, portable, and absolutely bursting with personality. Flint isn’t just cute… he’s charismatic. He’s got that goofy, infectious smile that makes strangers stop mid-sentence and say, “Okay but WHAT is he?” His dark gray coat with warm tan markings only adds to his main-character energy. If Flint walked into a room with theme music, no one would question it. This boy is still very much in his puppy era, which means: • Play hard • Love harder • Nap dramatically • Repeat He turns toys into comedy routines, walks into adventures, and cuddle time into a full-contact sport. He’s playful, affectionate, curious, and just the right amount of ridiculous. One minute he’s zooming, the next he’s flopped beside you like, “That was a lot. I need a hug.” 🐕 Why Flint Is a Total Show-Stealer: 🔥 ~1 year old, 18 lbs — perfectly snack-sized 🔥 Happy, social, and wildly entertaining 🔥 Great with other dogs and loves having buddies 🔥 Cats unknown, but slow intros may work 🔥 Silly expressions, wiggle-butt moments, and nonstop tail wags included 🔥 Professional mood-lifter (certification pending) Flint has that special magic where normal days suddenly feel fun again. Laundry? Audience. Errands? Adventure. Sitting on the couch? Best moment of his life — as long as he’s touching you. ✨ Flint is young, joyful, and ready to LIVE — he just needs someone to say “yes.” If you’re looking for laughter, love, and a little spark of chaos wrapped in a very good boy… 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Flint ignite his forever home. 🐾🔥💛
