Story
Mavis is a three‑year‑old greyhound mix with a sleek black and white coat and a heart full of affection. I rescued her just hours before she was set to be put down, and she has been loving and grateful ever since. She may be skittish at first, but she warms up quickly and becomes a loyal, playful companion who enjoys attention and gentle affection. Mavis is spayed, crate trained, leash trained, and fully potty trained. She knows sit, stay, wait, off, and uses “OK” as her cue to eat. She follows a feeding schedule and is very treat motivated. Mavis needs an adult‑only home with no other animals and plenty of space to play. She will be rehomed with her crate and her favorite duck toy. A $50 rehoming fee applies to anyone we do not personally know to help ensure she goes to a committed home.
