Story
Meet Winston Winston is a loyal, goofy, and loving dog who came to us from a shelter. With his immediate family, he is incredibly affectionate and truly shines once he feels safe and comfortable. Recently, our family experienced a major loss, and we’re unable to give Winston the consistent attention, structure, and calm environment he needs to thrive. Because of his past experiences, Winston needs to be the only dog in the home, and he does best with adults who understand that he can be wary of unfamiliar dogs and some new people. In the right home—one that’s patient, dog-experienced, and quiet—Winston’s sweet personality really comes through. He’s silly, loyal, and full of character when he feels secure. We want to find him a place where he can truly flourish and get the stability he deserves.
