Tangle is a sweet, curious young pup with a knack for turning the simplest moments into quiet comedy. He’s a stunt dog in a medium-energy body. He doesn’t walk outside—he bursts out the door like he’s been announced by a WWE commentator. Does well using the potty outside but accidents are possible while adjusting to a new place and schedule.His favorite episode of The Office is Season 6, Episode 1 – “Gossip” a.k.a. Parkour. He relates deeply to Michael, Dwight, and Andy’s questionable stunt work. Much like them, Tangle believes:Couches are meant to be jumped onto and then sat on. “Parkour!” must be shouted (or barked) mid-leap, no matter the distance.Special Skill: Outruns his own shadow during zoomiesTangle is a 1 year old Terrier mix. He was living on his own as a stray but then found himself in a kill shelter. When they asked if we could take him, we said yes because how could we have said no to that sweet face? He is young and needs a little patience and obedience training, but with what's possibly in his DNA, he will be a quick learner. He is a sweet boy and definitely has a lot of energy. He might be a little much for small children. Tangle is a great young dog who on the smaller size, but big dog energy. Would do best with an active family and a fenced in yard. Tangle is dog selective so a meet would be necessary or he'd be a great only pet

Currently located at our Owensboro, KY location   Opal’s foster mom has shared just how special this sweet senior girl is, and now it’s our turn to help her find the forever home she deserves! Opal originally came to us as a stray at the beginning of January. Since then, she has had surgery to remove a mass on her stomach and a cherry eye repair — and she has recovered beautifully in foster care. This gentle senior is an absolute sweetheart. She has a calm, easygoing personality and is perfectly content spending her day snoozing in a cozy spot. She loves people and happily soaks up all the pets and attention she can get. Good with other dogs Good with cats Good with kids Working on potty training (uses a doggy door and hasn’t had accidents in several days) If you’re looking for a low-key, loving companion with the sweetest heart, Opal is your girl. Opal is heartworm positive and will need ongoing care, but we will assist with treatment when she is brought in. Her adoption fee is SPONSORED.
