Story
Walter is a sweetheart. He is very energetic when he wants to be. I live in an apartment, and he needs a home with the backyard that is fenced in. He loves to run and he will continue to run and that is why he needs a yard because where I’m at is on a fairly busy street and he’s gonna get hit one of these days and there’s just no way to keep him in here. It’s too small in here and he once outside he just slips on by and runs. He is 9 1/2 years old than I know of and he loves being around people. He does not like to be left alone for a long time. If he’s kennel it has to be a big kennel that he has enough space and not Phil closed in he loves streets. He gets along with other dogs and has gone to daycare before he’s up-to-date on all of his shots, he loves riding cars and hang out the window, no matter how cold or how hot he loves to be chased by bigger dogs because he is very fast. They tire out way before him, and then he will sleep for hours. He is the perfect size not too small not

I love to meet people and make friends! I'm one of five hound pups looking for a fantastic forever home! We were born on 11/20/2023. Please complete an adoption application so I can meet you! Please complete an ADOPTION APPLICATION at http://www.bigredrescue.com. Your $350.00 ADOPTION DONATION will be used to help rescue the next pet in need. (As a rescue we reserve the right to assist the applicant in selection of a pet. Please understand some families will not possess the qualities necessary for certain pets.) OUR RESPONSIBILITY: All adopted pets are (age appropriate) current with rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations. All of our rescued pets are micro-chipped and (age appropriately) spay or neutered. While some of our pets available have been treated for heart worm or tested heart worm negative all of our pets will be current on heart worm preventative. All heart worm information is available to all applicants as this information is crucial to the well being of the pet.
