Story
Hubert is super friendly and loves people and other dogs. He knows some basic commands and even likes to hold hands. He's a strong boy and can pull a bit on leash, so you may get an arm workout in addition to a walk. Hubert is new to the rescue and we will update his bio as we learn more about him. He will be neutered prior to adoption. **This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.  We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter.  If you have further questions about this dog, please email us at ccradopt@gmail.com and someone will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to hold dogs for adopters as this ties up valuable foster homes. Please understand that we are an all volunteer group and we have jobs outside of this organization.  We do our best to provide quick responses but occasionally they are a little slower.  If you do not receive a response in 48 hours, please resend to make sure it's received. ##2598177##

Story
Honey came to us with multiple medical needs and has turned out to be such a sweetheart with a goofy personality! How can you not want to just squish that face!!! Honey is an easy-going gal that wants to be with you as much as possible. We've learned that she would like to be invited to everything. If you're going, she's going too! She loves toys, cozy blankets, and we're pretty sure every human that exists. She enjoys playing fetch, long walks on the beach, belly rubs, and soft toys. Honey loves to play with other dogs but also great at entertaining herself. **This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.
