Remus came to us as a stray with his brother, Romulus, and unfortunately neither was ever reclaimed. Since arriving, Remus has shown what a sweet and resilient guy he is. He did come in with a gash on his right front leg, but it has fully healed and hasn’t caused him any ongoing issues. Remus is a friendly, gentle boy who does well with other dogs and is welcoming toward new people. He has also been friendly around livestock, making him a great candidate for a variety of home environments. While he can be a bit nervous on a leash at first, he relaxes and improves as the walk goes on — a little patience and consistency will go a long way. He has had some experience with house training and did well, though a refresher course in a new home will help him settle in smoothly. Remus is ready for a loving home where he can continue building confidence and enjoy the stability he deserves. Remus is fully vaccinated, neutered, dewormed, and microchipped.
