Meet Teddy! Teddy is a gentle, sweet-natured little guy whois ready to bring a whole lot of warmth and calm to the right home. At just 13 pounds, he is small in size but big on personality and love. If your idea of a perfect companion is a dog who is happy to just be near you, Teddy is your guy. He loves soaking up attention, getting pets, and staying close to his people. He is easygoing and calm by nature, which makes him a wonderful presence in the home but he also has a playful side that comes out when the mood strikes, so you will get the best of both worlds. Teddy has a few charming quirks that make him extra lovable including a fondness for licking his toys and a real enthusiasm for food. He is also a smart cookie who knows tricks like paw and roll over, so there is plenty of fun to be had with this little guy. He has spent time around other dogs at daycare, so he is social and well-adjusted. That said, he would do best in a home without a lot of other dogs ideally a quieter household where he can be the center of attention, as he deserves. He is great with older kids and would thrive in a loving, attentive home where he is well cared for and doted on. Practically speaking, Teddy is about as low-maintenance as they come. He is housetrained, crate-trained, knows several commands, rides well in cars, and can even be left home alone uncrated a truly well-rounded, trustworthy companion.
