Hi! I'm a sweet, loving 1 y.o. hypoallergenic pure Havanese girl who is house trained. I'm spayed, healthy, up-to-date with my shots, fully grown at 11 lbs, and love to cuddle and give you kisses. However, I can also be shy at times and submissively urinate when I'm too excited or unsure when approached abruptly by humans. Perhaps helping me gain more confidence over time will help me stop leaking a little bit of urine when I'm nervous or too excited. Otherwise, I'm fairly low maintenance - a little bit of daily playtime and some chew toys would make my day. I am happy with children and other friendly dogs as I grew up in such an environment. I love walks and training with little treats to sit, stay/wait, and come. Right now, I have my fur cut short for the summer, but my fur can grow nice and long and needs grooming. I am looking to join a home with patient humans who are willing to work with my submissive urination, which is an involuntary reflex due to my situational shyness.

Hoagie Roll is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She loves people, affection, and being close to her family. Despite a difficult start in life, she has the gentlest heart. Before being rescued, Hoagie spent the first few years of her life living primarily in a crate and being used for breeding. When she was found, her coat was so severely matted that she could barely see. I began fostering her through Paws 2 Help shortly after her rescue and quickly fell in love with her. Over the past four years, she has blossomed into a happy, loving companion. Unfortunately, despite years of patience, consistency, veterinary care, and training efforts, Hoagie has never become reliably house-trained. With a one-year-old child and two other dogs, we can no longer safely manage her ongoing potty issues. This decision comes from a place of love. We are hoping to find Hoagie a patient home where she can continue to thrive. She has so much love to give and deserves a family who will cherish

Because of that, he may get nippy if someone comes too close before he feels comfortable. But once he trusts you, he settles in and shows his softer, loyal side.Ollie would do best with a single, experienced dog owner who understands how to read and respect a dogs boundaries and can give him the time he needs to feel secure. Ollie also does not do well on a leash, and it would be best if you have a fenced yard. He may have a few quirks, but he’s also incredibly endearing… and lets be honest - just look at that face.If you are someone who appreciates a dog with personality and are willing to earn his trust, Ollie could be a very special companion.
