I would thrive in a home with an active adopter who can continue supporting my training, especially as I work on leash manners and staying focused when I get excited. I can be strong and enthusiastic on leash at times, so I’ll need someone with the energy, patience, and confidence to guide me consistently and help reinforce my progress. Because of my energy level and ongoing training needs, I would likely be best matched with an adult-only household rather than an older individual or couple who may not be looking for a dog with my activity level. While a fenced yard is not required, having access to a secure outdoor space would be very beneficial for me. Spending time outside helps build my confidence, provides a healthy outlet for my energy, and allows me to decompress. With the right structure, continued positive reinforcement, and a committed adopter, I will continue to grow into a well-mannered and devoted companion. We highly recommend that Charlie Bear’s adopter engage a qualified, positive-reinforcement trainer to support his transition into the home and continue building on his skills.
