Story
Murphy is a 4.5 yr old male Havanese. He is an absolute sweetheart. He loves cuddles and snuggles and he loves to eat. He is house trained and rings his bell when he needs to go potty. He gets along great with his doggie brother, but does not do well with other animals until he has had time to get to know them. He is very protective of his home, but this has caused him to bite innocent people, including small children, he is unsure about. It is making life too difficult for our family as some of our dearest friends won't come visit us because he has bitten their children, and we struggle to find someone to dog sit him while we are away. Murphy needs to be in a home of someone who adores dogs, has time to work with him, has no young children and preferably no other pets. His ideal home would be with a retiree as he loves the grandparents. We love him so much, but he just doesn't fit with our family.
