Mom!!! Are you out there??? This darling little man was picked up as a stray who cannot see where he was going! Possibly a Shih Tzu Maltese Havanese mix of some sort? 10 pounds seems to be completely blind and only 3-4 years old??? he was pulled from a Kill facility and has moved into my house effortlessly! He gets along great with all of the other dogs. Knows where the door is to go potty. He is crate, trained, and House broke. He has an absolute joy and happy as he could be!!! it would’ve been a shame for this sweet boy to have a euthanized just because he has a disability. So mom or dad if you’re out there, please let us know! He will make Make A. a nice addition to most any family !! He has been neutered, up-to-date on shots, heartworm, tested, negative, heartworm prevention, flea, and tick prevention for three months and micro chipped. His adoption fee is $400 that reference required.

I am a Havanese breeder who has decided to retire from breeding. Phoebe was one of my pups I kept for breeding. She turns 5 yrs old in May and has only had two litters. I was never able to give her the attention she needed and therefore she is very shy. She has separation anxiety and barks when left alone. She is not potty trained or leash trained. She needs someone who has time to spend with her and train her. She is shy and fearful of strangers so her new owner needs to have time, patience and experience with socializing & training dogs. No kids. She seems to enjoy the company of other non-aggressive small dogs. Not currently UTD on vaccines but willing to get her UTD before adoption. Sammy's life wasn't the greatest when he arrived in the rescue. At only 2 years old he is a retired puppy mill dog. He currently weights about 20 lbs. His life was spent living in a kennel pumping out puppies for the mill owner. When he was no longer needed, he was discarded. We pulled him into the rescue to start him on a brand-new life! According to his foster he "lives life on his terms". He will require another doggy friend or two in his new home to help him succeed with living in a real "home" . He does seem to prefer men over women. Sammy will require a fully fenced yard (more than 4' tall) to keep him safe as he will escape if given the opportunity! He has typical puppy mill behavior - not too sure of strangers at first - is mostly afraid of everything new. He is good on a leash, does not like a crate, and has very few/rare potty accidents! He does not live with children and being a mill dog it would be best with no children in the home. He does live with cats, dogs and farm animals and does very well with them. Patience is the key to Sammy's world...If you feel you have that and would love to give this very deserving pup a new chance in life, please follow the link below for his adoption application. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
