The Glow Up Plan With the full support of her foster team, Blackie is increasing her daily steps and cutting back on the stress snacking. Her goal is to move from 35 pounds to under 30 and feel fabulous doing it. Her favorite hobbies now include • Watching low carb high protein recipe videos • Researching strength training routines • Mentally shopping for flattering new gym outfits • Power walking to the food bowl with improved form She has decided this is her season. Personality Blackie is super sweet and wonderfully easy to live with. She loves her people and is great with other dogs. She is calm, affectionate, and carries herself with the quiet confidence of someone who has seen some things and come out wiser. She is not dramatic. She is not chaotic.
