Story
PJ has so much love to give. He is a sweet cuddlebug and loves playing fetch, taking naps in the sun, and snacks. He is also a very fearful, anxious guy. He stresses every second I am not home and this arrangement is not good for him or me. This behavior manifests as constant barking and marking inside the house. He is too nervous of strange dogs and people for doggy daycare or dog parks. He needs a home with folks who know more about reactivity in dogs and can dedicate time to working with him. He has Nodular Granulomatous Episcleritis, which just means he will need ongoing checkups with an ophthalmologist but it is well managed with daily eye drops. He is 4 years old and 70 lbs, he has a tighter curly coat and does not shed but that does mean he needs regular grooming. He has lived with cats his whole life, he also gets along well with other dogs in the home. I do not know how he is with kids. He is a velcro dog, where you go, so does he. He knows basic obedience.

Lucy is a sweet, affectionate 15-month-old Goldendoodle who absolutely loves to cuddle, sit in your lap, and be petted. She was rescued from a neglectful situation alongside her brother, Hank. Thanks to 6 months of dedicated training and socialization by her rescuers, she has transformed into a wonderful, non-aggressive companion.   Because Lucy and her brother developed "littermate syndrome" (reinforcing each other's anxieties), professionals recommend they be separated so Lucy can truly thrive, build her independence, and live her best life. Between the two, Lucy is the most independent and adaptable.   Her Ideal Home: Lucy is looking for a patient, loving "forever parent" who can give her plenty of exercise, attention, and continued reassurance as she builds her confidence.    Human Match: Ideally a single adult female or an all-female household (Lucy is currently afraid of men and will bark at them).    Other Dogs: Great! She is well-socialized, non-aggressive, and plays beautifully with other dogs when she is on her own.    Cats: Unknown, as she hasn't met any yet ##2764144##
