Story
Meet Minnie (aka Minnie-Moo-Moo or Minou!). The quickest way to Minnie's heart is through another friendly cat. While she's settling into her new home and getting comfortable with her new family, she'll already be busy making a best friend out of your resident kitty! With her gorgeous blue eyes, fluffy Himalayan coat, and permanently sweet little face, Minnie is impossible not to fall in love with. At just two years old, she may look like a queen, but she's still very much a kitten at heart. Minnie absolutely adores other cats, and having another confident cat around helps her feel safe. Before long, you'll find her chasing, wrestling, and zooming around the house with her buddy. She has plenty of adorable quirks, too. She'll let out the tiniest little meow when it's time for her wet food (the gravy is non-negotiable!), loves curling up in cardboard boxes, scratching away on cardboard scratchers, tossing around her beloved catnip pickle, and tearing around the house during her zoomie sessions. While Minnie enjoys being close to her people, she's still learning that hands can be trusted and isn't quite ready for pets just yet. Her future family will need to let her set the pace, but every week you will see her get braver every day! Minnie MUST have another friendly cat, or cats, in her new home to help her gain confidence and feel safe while she adjusts.
Minnie was sadly abandoned outside a veterinary clinic, so we don't know much about her past. Since arriving in her foster home in March, she's made wonderful progress and continues to gain confidence every day.
Minnie is looking for a calm, patient home that understands that she will need time to adjust. Give her that time, and you'll have the privilege of watching this beautiful girl blossom into the wonderful companion she's meant to be.

As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. For example, if it is stipulated that the cat needs another cat buddy at home and you do not have one, you may not receive a response. Finding the best home for our cat or kitten is our top priority. Applications are not first-come, first-served.
