Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Meet Arlo, a spirited, 4 1/2yo, 32lb. high-energy corgi with a big personality packed into short little legs. Arlo came to Lil Rascals because his owner had life circumstances that led to them having to relocate and downsize. He not only needs more space than his current home can provide, but one of his housemates (a kitty) does not like him being around and goes out of his way to let Arlo know.   Mr. Arlo is a little firecracker! He loves to run and play—his favorite toys are any that can fit in his mouth and he can throw around (bonus points if it squeaks!). His best friend is a cat, who he loves rolling around with!   Arlo needs to be the only dog in the home, but he absolutely thrives on attention. He loves people but has a strong preference for women. He is apprehensive of men but just needs time to warm up. While he hasn’t encountered a lot of children, he did very well with the ones he has met. He never turns down a good scratch on the neck, a warm lap, or someone willing to admire his signature corgi wiggle.    Arlo walks well on a leash but can get a little riled up by other dogs and pulls. He is house and crate trained, and has completed the beginner training program at PetSmart. He knows commands such as sit, go home, down and paw. His favorite trick? He loves giving high-tens with both paws! He's very food motivated and has been a star at the groomer since he was a puppy. He rides well in a car and is not a big barker.     Arlo is an incredibly sweet and loyal little buddy, and he deserves to be in a home where he is free to be his full, authentic corgi self without any hesitation or fear.   We are requiring a fenced-in yard with ample room for him to run and play. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect home for Arlo, complete an app and tell us more about you.  December 30, 2025, 10:36 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Meet The RANKS — Eight Husky-Mix Puppies Ready to Rally Your Heart &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143    These eight sweet pups arrived at Pet Rescue By Judy all the way from Alabama. They didn’t come with their mama and we don’t have her photos or full breed history, but everyone here thinks they’re husky mixes — with a likely smaller-breed parent, because these pups are smaller than a typical husky.  They are energetic, playful, and silly — perfect for an active person or an active family who wants to add a handful of joy (and a little zoom-room energy) to their home.  About the litter  This litter is lovingly called The Ranks because each puppy was named after a military rank.  Personality & ideal home  Energy level: Medium–high. These pups love playtime, puzzles, learning, and running. Best fit: An active individual or family — someone who will give walk-and-play time daily, start basic training, and provide consistent socialization. A fenced yard and access to outings (walks, hikes, supervised playtime) will make them happiest.   Important Information for New Puppy Parents   Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities. To help your puppy grow into a happy, confident, and well-adjusted adult dog, dedication to obedience training, socialization, and consistent potty training is essential.   We strongly recommend that the entire family participates in puppy training classes. This not only helps build a strong bond with your new pup but also ensures that everyone is using the same commands and techniques, creating a clear and consistent environment for learning.   **Puppies thrive with structure, patience, and positive reinforcement—and so do their families! Let’s set them up for a lifetime of love and success.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 24, 2025, 3:58 pm
